If you are looking to stay in St. George than you already know about alot of the things to do here. There is Tuacahn Theatre, Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Resevoir, Rock climbing, Wildlife Museum and countless other activities. St George is home of the St George Marathon, the Huntsman World Senior Games, the St George Art Festival and the Parade of Homes to name a few .
Our condo is a bottom Level 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom with private entrance. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a flat screen TV and DVD player, so you don't have to watch the shows with the kids. It is a non-smoking and no pets unit. There are 2 Serta brand futons in the front room. There is a 47" or so TV and DVD player in the front room as well. There are also 2 private patios one on the North East side and one on the South side. So you can relax any time of day. Unit comes with off street parking.
There are 2 swimming pools one is adult only, hot tub, kid’s pool, basketball courts, volley ball, racquetball courts, tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, indoor miniature golf and much more.

My friends and I were pleasantly surprised to find the condo spacious and very comfortable. The furnishings were in good shape and the bathroom with double sinks and a big tub was very nice. Comfy bed in the bedroom too. The kitchen has enough cookware and plenty of dishes to make a full meal and then some. Owner was efficient and great to work with. Great location next to the Green Valley mtb trails. Would stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo had everything we needed including the tennis racquets, washer/dryer, balls, etc. The condo was very nice and clean and is stocked with all you need - we never wanted for anything while there. The sports village is full of things to do and the staff is very helpful and friendly. St. George was warm and fun to get to know and it is in proximity to Vegas, canyons, a great hike/bike trail and so much more. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again. The owner is great to work with. Thanks for a great 25th anniversary.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The owner of the condo was great to work with. The condo was overall clean, other than the carpet could be replaced/upgraded. The light fixtures DID NOT provide much light throughout the condo. They too could be upgraded. We will rent this condo once again in February. We look forward to visiting St. George soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We were in St. George for a softball tournament. This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, The property is well maintained and it's very quiet. The owner ( Brandon) was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the St. george area....Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Occasional traveler that loves St George. We love to stay in St George when traveling to Disneyland. But mostly on the way back. It is nice to spend a relaxing night only a few hours from home.
Why the Owner Chose St. George:
We came to the Sports Village for the first time in January of 2011. We loved it so much that we knew that we needed to buy here. It is just so nice with 4 kids not having to either buy 2 motel rooms or "sneak" them all into one room.
