Located just 525 feet to the beach, this home can accommodate up to 10 people.
The Master Bedroom on the second floor has its own private balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. The bedroom is carpeted and has a king bed. The master bathroom is stunning having shower/steam room in addition to spa/tub. The Master features separate walk in his and her closets, bedside cabinets, TV and VCR.
The Main floor features 2 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has 2 twin beds. Each has its own separate closet, cabinets and TV.
The Gourmet Kitchen is located on the main level. It has a great stove with overhead vents, marble countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also features 4 barstools and a breakfast/lunch area. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The living room on the Main floor has a large window that overlooks the courtyard pool. It has a couch and 3 armchairs. The room has a TV and DCD/CD player. The dinning room with table and 6 chairs are also on this floor. From the dinning room you step out to the expansive balcony.
The ground floor has the 4th bedroom with bathroom. It has a queen bed, closets and TV. Another living area is located on this level.
The 5th bedroom is located in the cute separate guesthouse with its own mini kitchen, bathroom, closets and TV.
The swimming pool also has a spa and is set in the courtyard. It is well protected from any sea breezes which makes it a great spot to hang out on the sizable poolside decking.
It's wonderfully convenient to all the great restaurants and shops, it is located between The Mucky Duck (World Famous Sunsets) and The Bubble Room. The beach is less than a block. Enjoy preparing your own meals in the large kitchen, or use the grill. Or follow the enticing smells to several restaurants a stone's throw away, and throughout the Captiva Village area.
