Located in Haight Ashbury and near the Castro and NOPA neighborhoods, the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stylish and unique boutiques will keep you entertained and discovering all that is San Francisco. Walk the neighborhood and view some of the most gorgeous Victorian houses that San Francisco has to offer.
Stay in a classic San Francisco 125 year old Victorian with a brand new renovation of the entire apartment. With high end fixtures and attention to detail, the owners spared no expense creating the perfect city retreat. The spacious flat is welcoming with a gorgeous kitchen and bathroom, 11 foot ceilings, natural light, hard wood floors throughout, modern furniture, fixtures, and amenities.
The living room features a large 50” high dev flat screen TV with cable and access to hundreds of streaming movies, a view of neighboring San Francisco Victorians, and a comfy couch to on which to relax, which also converts to an expensive comfort queen bed sleeper with luxury foam mattress (no air coils). The kitchen hosts Ceasarstone countertops and only stainless steel brand new appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and grinder plus all items for your cooking needs. The kitchen also has a brand new washer and dryer with laundry soap included. There is wi-fi throughout the house and an iPad for your use filled with tourist and sightseeing information.
The bedroom is spacious and luxurious with a modern queen bed and luxury bedding as well as a large flat screen 50” high def TV with cable and access to hundreds of streaming movies. The bathroom has a Toto toilet, glass closure for the shower and ample space to get ready plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is included. Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 persons.
Parking on the property is available for an additional daily fee of $15/day/car and large SUVs and trucks will not fit (maximum car width of 75 inches with the mirrors in). There is possibility for another garage space. Any parties you plan on hosting with more than 5 people must be pre-approved by owners in writing. The apartment has approximately 15 stairs to get to the flat. Once inside there are no stairs.
Though located in the world-famous, historic Haight-Ashbury district, the Castro, Hayes Valley, Inner Sunset, Alamo Square, Cole Valley and Duboce Triangle are all easy to reach via car, walking, and public transportation. Perfect for business travelers, a couple, families, short-term corporate housing, and vacationers. Dogs/Cats allowed with prior permission. It’s a dog paradise with numerous dog parks within walking distance.

This is a great appartment! Very spacious stocked with everything you could want. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the pull out sofa was even more comfortable (really). The kitchen is huge with full size washer and dryer. Lots of closet space to unpack your bags. When we couldn't find some items, Amy responded to our emails right away and solved our problems. We had a great time staying in Haight Ashbury. The neighborhood is quiet, with amenities close by; anything you could want. We had the Citypass which allowed us to use MUNI unlimited. There are bus and cable car stops close to the apartment. Golden Gate Park is very close and we spent a whole day there. We even found a drum circle! I highly recommend staying at the apartment at 1007 Page St. If it isn't available, email Amy and Jeff anyways. They have several other properties.Did you find this review helpful? I could not have been more pleased with this vacation rental. The apartment itself is fabulous - comfortable, modern, and clean. Clearly it was recently remodeled with excellent taste and expense. Plenty of places to walk to in the neighborhood. The owner/manger (Amy) efficiently provided detailed information to make the check in process go smoothly. Having the garage space was extremely convenient. I thought the price for this rental was quite reasonable as well. Thanks again Amy - I hope we can come back!Did you find this review helpful?
