  We absolutely loved this place. It was wonderful to be walk to everything! We adored the beach decor, the added extras (boogie boards, towels, chairs and umbrella), and the extra front patio area. The owners were ideal to work with. Felt like we were staying with friends instead of renting from strangers! Inviting in every way. We will certainly stay here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Very nice weekend location. You can tell the owners really give it their best attention - every detail reviewed and the fresh flowers were a sweet touch! Pleasant paperwork transactions, everything listed was accurate. Amenities met basic needs, unit very clean. Only drawback was the noise level of the street traffic - although very typical of beach residential areas.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  My wife and I were in search of a vacation rental when we stumbled across this amazing place! Actually we were booked in at one of the other rentals from this couple but was placed here because of scheduling. We never saw the other rental but the one we stayed made us feel like we were staying in a place that we would live in...a lot like our home back in Winnipeg, Canada! This location was great as it was walking distance to everything in San Clemente (all the cool spots). T-Street Pier was beautiful! Del mar street was the place to be for evening night life. I'd say, if you're a surfer vacationing the area, you will love this place! just a 5 min drive down the main strip and you're at San Onofre State Park. Takes you to the infamous surf spot Lower Trestles where we also caught the ASP World Tour Hurley Pro (Kelly Slater won btw)! All in all, this little gem is quaint, safe and comfy place for two! I highly recommend checking this one out! Ray & Sarah

  This apartment came just as advertised. We spent a long holiday weekend there and loved every minute. It's a quick 10 minute walk down to San Clemente Pier and a 5 minute walk to old town San Clemente. The area is generally very quiet and the condo was a good size for what we needed. The owners answered our questions quickly and everything was just as they said it was. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to rent it again.

  The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards, as well as the close walk to the beach and pier. We had a great time!
