This spacious sun-filled home on a large, private property has saltwater views from almost every room. This home features Central A/C through out and a bright, open floor plan offers great living space for a family vacation, including spacious eat-in kitchen for gourmet cooks, large ground floor master suite and two first floor half baths, one off the foyer and the other off the kitchen. Access to the master is through the den which has a trundle bed (2 twins.) Two additional bedrooms and a large family room with comfy queen sleep sofa and a trundle (2 twins) in the walk-out lower level and a full bath with stall shower.
Relax and watch the boats go by from inside or out on the large main-level deck or expansive patio on lower level and enjoy the separate screened gazebo. A large, flat yard is ideal for croquet, badminton and children’s play. Water access via an enchanting winding path on property or nearby association path, so bring your canoe, kayak or small sailboat for exploring waterways from Meetinghouse Pond to Pleasant Bay. For other activities, great biking paths and parks for hiking are nearby and Nauset Beach is only two miles away. $4500-4750/week in season and $3500 in shoulder season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).
