Looking for a great location for walking to the best swim beaches in Maui, and a comfortable, clean and well stocked condo with a view of the ocean so you can enjoy all Maui has to offer? You've come to the right place.
We are 400 feet from the water off Kamaole III beach – great for swimming, snorkeling and sunning. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and a well stocked activity closet. Take the beach chairs, the cooler, beach towels and go explore for the day, or take a bottle of wine and enjoy a spectacular Maui sunset.
We have an ocean view, from our lanai, that allows whale watching (in season) without leaving the condo. All units have free internet and cable TV but we hope that's not why you choose our condo. Our guests are here to enjoy all the outdoor activities Maui has to offer. Our activity closet is replenished on a regular basis to reflect the needs of our guests based on your comments. And while at the complex, enjoy, tennis, swimming at one of the pools, socializing at the community charcoal grills, or just wander around the beautifully manicured grounds. .
In the condo, there is an air conditioner in the living room and another in the bedroom, plus ceiling fans, so you can always be comfortable. The bedroom has a large double closet, a full-size dresser and a queen-size bed. The living room couch pulls out to a queen-size bed as well. We have a washer/dryer in the unit.
You can also walk to some shops and restaurants, and it’s just a three minute drive to Wailea for additional swimming/snorkeling beaches, shopping, restaurants and golf. Parking for our unit is right down the steps outside your door (or you can use the elevator).
There is easy access to Pi’ilani Highway - no need to drive through Kihei - so heading out to other parts of the island is quick and easy. We recommend visiting the Upcountry, Hana, Pa'ia, Makawao, the Haleakala crater, Iao Valley, and the aquarium in Ma'alaea.
The on site manager will give you the key and handle any questions you have. There is an agent for booking commercial tours and activities (to Molokini, for example) every morning, if you want to do those, at the office patio.
We are happy to share our recommendations for hiking, snorkeling, beaches, and restaurants. We love Maui, and have found this Condo and complex to be one of the best we ever visited. We think you will love it, too. Mahalo!

We stayed for two weeks in Maui and found the staff,setting and condo to be great.We loved waking to the sun with beaming through our Lanai doors in the morning and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening.The location was excellent being close to beaches,restaurants and shops.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.
