  The complex was easy to find and exceed our expectations. The condo easily accomodated eight people, five adults, two teenaged boys and a toddler. There were plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted and there was plenty of seating in the main room if we all wanted to watch somehting together. The view from the balcony on the 7th floor was amazing, but three elevators in the complex provided an easy way to and from the unit. There was easy access to the beach and the condo had plenty of beach toys and chairs. The pools and hottubs were kept in excellent condition. There were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store located within minutes. There was little traffic and plenty of parking.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

  When i viewed the ad for this condo, I thought it looked wonderful. It proved to be more than I expected. The property had everything I expected and much more. There was an electric mixer and blender as well as all other modern appliances. There was a closet full of beach toys and equipment, The property was clean and well-maintained. All our questions and concerns were answered in a most timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone. The ocean provided us with a tranquil setting that was unsurpassed by anything I have experienced in my 63 years of life, My family enjoyed the water sports and the beach for recreation. The pool and exercise room were definite pluses. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun.

  We stayed from 09/29/12 to 10/3/12 and it was great. The place was beautiful. The view was GREAT. Close beach access and everything you could want from a place to stay. Sitting on the Balcony was nice and peaceful. The pool and hot tub area was well kept and it was nice with the indoor and outdoor pool area. The Condo was comfortable and well maintained. There were beach chairs and beach toys in the closet and plenty of room inside. We had 8 people staying there and it was plenty big enough for us all. I will definitely look forward to staying here again. The condo is close to many stores for food or shopping or going out to eat, what ever you need or want to do.

  What a wonderful place to stay at! So spacious and very comfortable. Had everything we needed, even beach chairs and body boards. Seventh floor view was awesome. This condo is an end unit so there were many windows to look out of. Easy access to the beach. The two-lane road in front of the condo was very easy to cross! Nice stretch of beach! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo, complex and grounds. There is a Winn Dixie right down the street and many restaurants. Many thanks to the owners for letting us stay here....so friendly and helpful. We had a blast! The kiddos are still talking about it!

  I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was everything I hoped for and more. Very clean and all the comforts of home. We had a really great time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Destin area.
