Vilamoura is a privately run exclusively developed holiday resort located 20 minutes west of Faro Airport in the Algarve of Southern Portugal. Its focal point is the marina, one of the largest in Western Europe, surrounded by a well laid out array of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, casino, five star hotels, and apartment blocks.

On one side of the marina entrance is the Falasia Beach extending for several miles westward. On the east side of the marina are the Marina and Quarteria Beaches with their lengthy promenades. Boating, fishing, scuba diving and water-skiing trips can be arranged from the marina.

Vilamoura also has four championship standard 18 hole golf courses - The Old Course; The Pinhal Course; The Laguna and The Millennium course. Interspersed between these are beautiful, individually designed villas of all kinds and sizes.

This newly refurbished detached villa is situated 200 meters from the "The Old Village" and "Four Seasons Vilamoura Hotel," 15 minute walk to the marina and five minutes from supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Providing well appointed accommodation, the ground floor comprises of a downstairs toilet, lounge, and dining room with telephone and satellite TV/Video/DVD/three in one Stereo, the separate modernized kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer, dishwasher oven/hob, microwave and washing machine leading to a very attractive patio and barbecue area. The private heated swimming pool surrounded by a lawned garden providing ample space for sun loungers and children's play area.

First Floor comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms: Master bedroom - ensuite double bedroom with terrace. Bedroom two - twin bedroom with terrace. Bedroom three - double bedroom. Bathroom - WC, bidet, washbasin, bath, shower.
