Screened swimming pool in the private backyard. Covered deck off the swimming pool is great for outdoor relaxation. Modern eat-in kitchen is equipped with full size stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, china, cutlery, table-ware, pots and pans. Hand, bath towels and linens are provided. Central AC, washer, dryer, cable TV and wireless internet. The house is located on a quiet street in a very safe and family friendly Sea Bridge neighborhood of single-family homes. Access to no traffic, orange sand beach is right across the street. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also an inflatable queen mattress to accommodate two more guests in the study. The house has a split floor plan, where master suite and two other bedrooms and the second bathroom are divided into two private suites with separate entrances to the common living, dining room and kitchen area. 52” flat panel TV in the living room. Two additional flat panel TVs in the master and second bedrooms. Formal dining room has a table that seats 8 people. Breakfast area. Attached two car garage.
We stayed at the house for a week and did not want to leave it. The house is very spacious, well furnished and supplied. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The beach is practically across the street. The area is crowded with attractions: wildlife, fishing, hiking, and civilization is just a short drive away. I am sure we will be back.
