"Heaven Sent" is an exceptional beach home with all the charm and elegance you would expect in this three story New Orleans style home. As you enter through its signature leaded glass/wrought iron front doors, you are immediately awed by the 10 foot ceilings, crown molding, wrought iron fixtures and furnishings through out the house.
From the spacious living room with built-in bookshelves, entertainment center, surround sound system, to the exquisite dining area and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with separate breakfast island all provides a spacious area for the family to gather and relax. Along with a half bath adjoining the living room, the first floor has a private bedroom with twin beds; TV/VCR/DVD; a full bath with antique clawed tub.
Hard wood floors throughout, the second floor has a master bedroom and bath one dreams about. The king-size bed, over-sized dresser and armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, a luxurious jacuzzi tub, and French doors leading out to a covered balcony with sitting area provides for a truly romantic atmosphere. Also on the second floor is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser, armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, French doors leading out to a covered balcony; additional full bath; a bunk room that sleeps two with TV/DVD; and a walk in fully equipped laundry room. Additional sleep sofa's can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and a day bed on the second floor.
Venture up the spiral staircase to the third floor and you are greeted with a sitting area that has a mini bar with ice maker. Walk out to either balcony and enjoy a senic view of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Village and the GULF. In the late afternoon as you watch the sunset settle over the gulf waters, take time to enjoy your favorite beverage and salute the end to another glorious day.
The white sand and blue water of Seacrest Beach are just 300 yards away from the house. Enjoy a casual stroll down palm lined sidewalks or call for the free tram service to pick you up at your door step and whisk the family off to the beach. Also for your enjoyment and relaxation is a 12,000 square foot pool just a block from the house. One of Florida's premier golf courses, Camp Creek, is less than three miles away and the shops at Seaside just eight miles down scenic 30-A.
