Emerald Beach Resort is the perfect getaway for families looking to swim in the gulf, sunbath, or fish off the Pier. As you walk into your vacation home, the first thing you notice is the beautiful view from the balcony. The next thing you notice is the elegant decor. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a huge bay window for wonderful views of the gulf. There is a balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. You can go outside and watch the schools of dolphins in the morning. There is a jetted tub in the master bath and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. There is a heated pool, free internet, an onsite starbucks, new fitness center, tiki bar, and skybar. Don't miss out on the vacation of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation here at this property. The rooms were immaculately clean and nicely furnished which was extremely helpful. The facilities at the property, the pools, the hot tubs, etc. were wonderful and it the view from the room and the private access to the beach allowed us to have a very relaxing beach vacation. There are shopping centers and attractions very close, and pretty much everything you need is right along the main front beach road. The owner was helpful in arranging the stay. I would love to come back.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The communication was horriable through the entire process. It took almost 3 weeks to get my deposit back. The room itself was just fair. The master has a door to the balcony that you can not leave open, and there are no windows in the master to open to hear the ocean. The dryer was clogged of lint. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The tv's in all of the room are less than par. All of the drains in the bathrooms would not drain. walking on the floors left our socks black. We WILL NOT stay here again.Owner response: I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I really try to make my guests happy and this bad review comes as a shock to me. I always tell my guests that if there is a problem with anything in the condo to let me know and I will take care of it. I provide all of my phone numbers and my email address so that I can keep in touch with my guests. I would have been happy to come and clean to your specifications and make any repairs that you needed. As for the decor and televisions, I am sorry they were not to your liking, but there is nothing I can do about that. Each condo is decorated by the owner and there is nothing I can do about differing tastes. The windows do not open because of safety reasons and building codes. The same goes for the balcony door. The windows and doors are made to withstand hurricane strength winds. If you have ever experienced a major hurricane you understand this logic. Again I am sorry about your experience.
