This home has just been through a complete six figure renovation. Every inch of interior and exterior space has received a complete redesign with brand new everything! Pulling into the driveway you will see an updated facade with a serene blue color that will let you know you have just arrived for a relaxing vacation. Enter the home through a brand new luxurious wooden door and you won't believe your eyes! View the completely updated kitchen and living room which includes all the amenities of home. The kitchen has all new appliances and a high top dining table that seats 8. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV and a pull-out couch to expand the sleeping capacity of this beach home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 37 inch flat screen TV and a private bath and opens up to the backyard that holds a hot-tub, large pool and a tiki bar. The two guest bedrooms each sleep four - one has two full-size beds and 37 inch TV and the other has two sets of twin bunks.

Owners are great folks who are running their business right. We had a great time. We are Hilton Head fans anyhow, and this home did not disappoint. Was convenient to beach (close enough to walk back for lunch without getting sand in your sandwich) on a quiet NFB block but close enough to Coligny for shopping that you didn't need a car or bike for that matter. We stayed in 12 Flamingo just a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful visit. This home is really as close to the beach as they say - just out the front door and walk just a few steps to a gorgeous beach. The back yard and pool area is great for families and the tiki hut is so fun. It opens up for serving with an outdoor refrigerator and sink to serve drinks and food. The interior of the home is very nicely decorated and having those big screen TV's was really a treat. The property managers made the reservation process and our stay very easy.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
