  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Received wrong keys for deadbolt locks. Kitchen is infested with ants. Rodents are living in the attic area. Windowsills were dirty. Walls had water damage. Major crack in kitchen floor tiles. Lights were burned out in ceiling fixtures. Telephone was caked with grease and dirt. No dresser in the master bedroom. We had to buy hangers for our clothes. No outside lights functioning. Painters tape left around entrance windows. BBQ was not usable. Dinnerware was cracked and/or chipped. Pool was nice and warm. Good quality pots and pans. Fortunately the weather was beautiful which made up for the disappointing house.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a great 3 bedroom, 3 bath home ideally suited with two separated master suites and a great pool with a heat pump. The beds were good, too. The major disappointment was that the kitchen was not ever used. The appliances were great, but the pots, pans, knives, dishes were essentially un-usable. They were either so chipped (plates) that I was afraid of lead poisoning or so scratched (pots and pans) that the teflon was peeling off. So, if one plans to eat out all the time - not a problem. But, do not plan on actually cooking unless you do like I did and buy foil pans for use in the oven and buy a knife to use while you are there or bring your own. I would also suggest buying paper plates to use. It is just a house that is not lived in or used regularly so you can tell no one uses the kitchen. However, I would go again and rent this house - just knowing I have to take my own stuff (or hopefully, that will be replaced by next winter :) )
