Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs a thorough cleaning in addition to quick cleanups. Master bedroom carpet is very old,dirty.get rid of old chair and some old decorations in living room.betterlinens are needed. Toilets and ice maker need attention. . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time on Marco Island and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The people were friendly. There were things to do to occupy your time. The office people in the building were very helpful. There was a problem with the refrigerator which was promptly fixed when I called the real esate agent. The beach was quite a walk from the condo and where the condo was situated on the South side, I could not see the sunsets but I had sunshine all day long on my lanai.
