                            Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I HAVE OWNED ON MARCO FOR 17 YEARS. THIS WAS MY 1ST YEAR TO RENT.WITH THE BEACH VIEW AND SUNSETS AS WELL AS THE PRICE OF THE RENTAL THE PLACE SHOULD OF BEEN PRISTINE!WINDOWS LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED SINCE LAST SEASON AS WELL THE CARPETS AND BEDSPREADS.WITH SUCH A LARGE WONDERFUL WRAP AROUND PORCH YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE SOME OUT DOOR FURNITURE(NOT FOLDING 4 STRAIGHT CHAIRS)AND NOT ONE SCREEN WOULD SLIDE OPEN OR SHUT.INSIDE THE FURNITURE WAS OLDER THAN THE PLACE ITSELF.THE BEDS HAD NO BOX SPRINGS ONLY A BOARD THAT THE MATTRESS SAT ON(TALK ABOUT UNCOMFORTABLE)AND AS FAR AS THE KITCHEN-THE SINK WAS ALL STAINED AND THE REFRIDGERATOR ICE MAKER WAS FULL OF RUST AND FILTHY,PANS WERE UNACCETABLE WITH TEPHLON ALL SCRATCHED AND UNUSEABLE.FOR TOWELS,THEY HAD LIKE 3 SMALL WASH CLOTHS!BATHMATS WERE RIPPED AND STAINED.SINKS WERE CLOGGED UPON ARRIVAL,SEVERAL LIGHT BULBS WERE BURNED OUT AS WELL AS THE SMOKE DETECTOR BATTERY.ALSO APPARENTLY THE TENANTS UPSTAIRS COMPLAINED OF US POSSIBLE MOVING FURNITURE EARLY IN THE MORNING?I DIDNT KNOW I WAS LIVING ON THE CEILING??THE STAFF OF THE BUILDING I FELT, LOOKED, AS WELL AS ACTED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY EITHER.BUT THE ONLY THING THE PLACE HAD GOING FOR IT WAS THAT IT "COULD BE A LUXURIOUS CONDO LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL MARCO BEACH" It was THE SUNSETS WHICH MADE IT ALL WAS EASY TO OVERLOOK THE MESS!!!!!ACTUALLY I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GO BACK BECAUSE I LOVE MARCO THAT MUCH, BUT WITH SEVERE DEMANDS THAT THE PLACE BE CLEANED FIRST AND CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. DID I MENTION ANDREW VALE FROM THIS REALTY IS FABULOUS AND HANDLED ALL THIS VERY PROFESSIONALLY?
