We enjoyed staying here. Sorry for the loud music. Next time we will be more careful. The location is awesome for the beach. The hosue was very clean and there was plenty of sleeping room. July 16 The home is much smaller than I anticipated but very cute and homey. We have felt comfortable since arrival. July 22 We are packing to leave and it's sad. Cancellation policy:
Rules about being a good Tybee neighbor. Occupancy and # of cars is limited to the maximum # indicated on website and in confirmation email for each house. If occupancy and # vehicles exceeds allowed numbers your credit card may be charged up tp 500.00 and all rental fees will be forfeited and Lessees will vacate property. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, a refund of the rental fees will be made only to the extent that a replacement tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under the contract for the full amount of reservation, minus a $200 processing fee. We recommend trip insurance. The balance of the rental fee is due at least 21 days prior to your arrival, at which time I will email the combination to the Key Box on your house along with directions, check-in and check-out times and my favorite restaurants We accept PAYPAL ,personal checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, cashiers’ checks, and VISA or Mastercard or Discover or AMERICAN EXPRESS Lessee shall not damage the premises during the lease term, including pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, fixtures and other equipment. Lessee will leave premises in clean condition upon departure i.e. dishes clean, trash removed, all furniture returned to its original location, excess sand swept up. All Dog droppings and Cig butts removed from yard if applicable. Non-disturbance clause: Be a good neighbor. City of Tybee Ordinance: Quiet after 10pm. Check-In/Check-Out Times: To guarantee our guests a clean house and to avoid delays, we ask that all guests abide by our Check-In Time of 4:00 pm EST and Check-Out Time of 11:00 am EST. We CANNOT guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests. $50 fine if guests arrive at property before 4pm or depart after 11am. Your Cleaning service needs plenty of time to clean . Parties: No house parties are allowed in any of the rental units. We reserve the right to charge your credit card up to 500.00 and terminate occupancy without refund should this occur. Please no fireworks. Fireworks are illegal in the state of Georgia. Smoking: All of My Beach House Rental Properties are non-smoking properties. Although, smoking is permitted on the deck, porches and outside properties. If there is evidence of smoking in the house, a $200 ionization fee will be charged to credit card. $200 fee if butts are found in the yard. Pet Rules: Please do not allow your pet to dig holes in yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. It is difficult to remove pet hair from upholstery. Please remove “droppings” from yard. Place in outside trash can. No bathing of pets in house. Will clog drains. No scratching on doors, furniture, screens, etc. Credit card will be charged up to 500.00 if pet rules are not followed. Use pet towels for sandy paws, not people towels. Remove all pet droppings from yard area. Trash pick-up: City of Tybee provides trash pick up twice weekly. Please leave trash can on the street and remove trash from house periodically so trash does not build up. While our goal is total accuracy, My Beach House Rentals is not responsible for changes made or inputting errors. Taste, style and quality vary. We make every effort to relay information via pictures, descriptions and relative pricing. Descriptions are subject to change without notice and rates subject to change until confirmed. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and save individual homeowners, My Beach House Rentals and its employees, free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in any connection with the rental of the premises, including but not limited to, any claim or liability of personal injury or damage or loss of property which is incurred or sustained by a guest or of guests of guest. My Beach House Rentals is not responsible for items left behind but will make every effort to locate and return to you. There is a minimum 35.00 charge for returns plus postage. If there is an obvious online quote error, website owner reserves the right to correct. My Beach House Rentals always recommends trip insurance and offers it through CSA Travel.
