Whether you are on a family vacation or seek a romantic hideaway for two, this home offers an attention to detail usually reserved for a five-star hotel. Relax in the elegant, yet comfortable, living room which features two large custom iron and glass french doors that open to a private courtyard. Authentic 1920s Batchelder field tile surround beautiful original Batchelder deco tiles and mantle on one of two living room gas firelplaces. Perfectly suited for intimate dining or formal gatherings the kitchen provides an inviting space for any chef. The kitchen features top of the line appliances including thermador 48" dual fuel range with grill and griddle, thermador built in espresso machine, thermador 42" stainless fridge/freezer, wine cooler/beverage center. Off the kitchen is the Loggia with intricately detailed moroccan tile interior fountain, spectacular arched ceiling and moroccan copper chandeliers and a moroccan tile dining table that seats eight. The master bedroom has a California King with Westin Heavenly Bed Mattress, 50" plasma tv, and antique settee. The master bath features tumbled marble walls, jetted tub, steam shower with extra large rainfall shower head. The 2nd bedroom is arranged as a child's room with a twin mattress and Corsican iron crib. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower. The piano room features a Yamaha c3 concert grand piano with player piano disclavier system. This room may also be used as a third bedroom as it has a sleeper sofa with a 15" memory foam mattress. The attached bath has a tumbled marble shower.
