Step outside and enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony of this beachfont townhouse! You will not find a better location for the beach lover. There are four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and awesome views of the ocean. There are no swimming pools or tennis courts, but you will be impressed with this fantastic spot right on the beach! There are plenty of restaurants close by. The Silver Sands Outlet and Destin Commons shopping areas are just minutes away.
On the first floor you will find a guest bedroom with two queen beds adjoining another bedroom with two twin beds, all sharing one bath. The family area is upstairs with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath. Located on the third level is the master bedroom with king bed and private bath. There is an additional guest bedroom on the third level with a king bed and private bath.
Enjoy a day at the beach, then leave your flip flops at the door step. This townhome on the beach is sure to delight!
Note: This property was built in the 1980's and has been updated, but is not new. The photos are current and reflect the property as it is. The downstairs bedroom and bath are cooled by a window unit air conditioner. The second and third levels are cooled by central air.
