I don't know where to start! This place is just perfect! From the beautiful decor to the amazing location, it has it all. We had never been to Orange Beach before so really didn't know what we were getting into, but we were in awe. This condo is on the ground level. You don't get any closer to being on the beach than this! The amenities were amazing, from the high end appliances, to the beautiful artwork, to the custom drapery. Oh, and the location! Publix, Winn Dixie, Wal Mart grocery, and Dollar General are all ACROSS THE STREET! We had friends over who were staying in another condo and they kept saying how beautiful this one was and couldn't get over the great location. We were able to see dolphins swimming in the Gulf! I honestly cannot say enough good things! Thank you, Veronica, for making your condo so beautiful!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Spring Break for this Texas educator was much needed. I reviewed the condo online before booking and loved the pictures and the proximity to the beach, but the photos really do not do the place justice. Tired after fighting the traffic down from Houston to New Orleans and from New Orleans to Silver Beach, I was just ready to climb in bed upon arrival, however, I opened the door was re-energized! The artwork, the cherry yellow and accents of red were so welcoming. Stepping out onto the patio and seeing the beach literally steps away was amazing! Being on the ground floor meant I didn't have to make multiple trips up and down the elevators. It is a corner unit and so private even though the path to the beach is right beside it, it is so quiet...so comfortable and so well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped and I made my first full meal tonight with everything so easy to find. Love the huge mugs for coffee in the mornings! LOVE having wi-fi available! The DVD works like a charm as it was stormy and a movie day all day Sunday. Love listening the rain and the waves. This is a great home-away-from-home. Although I'm just beginning my week here, I'm already making plans for when I can return. It is just me...my friends could not come due to work and the storms. But, I've really enjoyed myself the past few days. Publix is the best grocery store and I have missed it...no Publix in Houston. Everything one would need is so convenient. A WalMart, Liquor Store, Brunos, Winn Dixie, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, etc. are all within walking distance. Great location! The place was spotless when I arrived, which is much appreciated. I am so comfortable here. This is perfect for single females, families with children, girls weeks, guys week, older adults or anyone with a disability. The owner has been simply wonderful with all the information provided and in responding to my emails. Couldn't ask for a better experience...unless, of course, a cook was thrown into the mix. Ha!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Immaculate beachside condo - perfect location, gorgeous unit

After researching several properties, our family, with two teenagers, elected to stay at this beautiful beachside unit for 4 nights, March 29 - April 1, 2011. It was one of the most cost-efficient units that we found and the owner is very kind and pleasant to work with, attentive to every detail. We originally considered a unit on an upper floor, but are very glad that we decided on this ground-floor, corner unit. It is exactly as described and it's even more beautiful in person, furnished with stylish decor and we especially loved the kitchen and living areas. Its location couldn't be better. It's literally right on the beach, and it was very convenient not to have to haul everything from an upper floor unit or elsewhere, and very easy for bringing in groceries and luggage from the parking lot, which is also just right there. There is even a spot just next to the door, to park temporarily while unloading the luggage. This is a huge convenience factor, especially for a family. The view is fantastic from the patio and from within the unit. It's literally breakthtaking - I couldn't get over how gorgeous it is. The pool for the condo is also just steps to the right of the unit, which was very handy for our teenagers. The water temperature was lovely, even at the end of March/early April, and they were lucky enough to have the pool all to themselves for some evening swims. The kitchen is well stocked with the usual dishes and cookware, and we made use by cooking breakfasts and at least one dinner. The entire unit is very quiet. For a while we thought we were the only ones there, and it was only on the second day or so that we met some upstairs neighbors - we never even heard them up there. It's just a very pleasant, private, well-kept condo building. This was our first visit to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area and we were all thoroughly impressed with its beauty and friendly atmosphere. It was one of our most relaxing, enjoyable vacations ever, thanks in huge part to having this lovely, comfortable condo as our "home away from home" for the week. One of things that will sure to be remembered as a favorite family memory is the nighttime walks on the beach with flashlights, exploring the gorgeous shoreline under the stars. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you, Veronica, for your helpfulness and for your beautiful unit that was the place of many cherished memories for our family this Spring.

We stayed at SilverBeach the end of September. The weather was beautiful! The condo was just right. We had a 2 year old and 9 month old and being on the ground floor was the best! The enclosed porch was wonderful, the kids could be outside and we could watch thru the glass doors as they played. The condo was very comfortable.

WOW! We loved our stay at silver beach 101! We have 4 kids and the location to the beach and pool were wonderful!! The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable! We will be back for sure!

Words cannot express how beautiful the inside of the condo is! We had the best family vacation ever! I have stayed in a different condo all over the southeast for almost every summer of my life- no joking- this was the nicest. The beach is great the people were all so wonderful, the location was terrific. We can't wait until next summer. My 3 year old is begging everyday to go back, and my baby had just as much fun! Great for families or couples- all stainless steel appl., beautiful furniture, comfortable beds. You will have a great time!

The condo was spectacular! I told my husband five minutes after arrival to call Veronica and book again for next year. We loved everything, decorations, location and the fact that it is on the first floor is great! We will be back for sure Thanks Veronica for such a wonderful place.

We had a great time at Silver Beach. Being on the ground floor was wonderful, especially since we had our one year old with us. She loved the pool and the beach. The view from the porch was great; we sat out on the porch while our daughter napped and still felt like we were out in the sand! We would definitely stay at Silver Beach 101 again. The location was also great ... just seconds from the Foley Beach Express. Great experience!

We had the best vacation ever in Orange Beach. The condo was wonderful- ground floor is perfect with small children. The pool is nicely kept and the beach is incredible (easy access). I would recommend this condo to anyone thinking of vacationing in the area. We will return again!

Recently, we had the opportunity to vacation at 101 Silver Beach. It is everything that it should be. The ground floor was fantastic, easy access to grocery, wonderful shopping, and great food. The owners are wonderful to work with. Hope you have as much fun and enjoyable vacation as we did.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation. Veronicas condo was everything you could ask for. We have two small children, and being on the ground floor was amazing. Every morning we sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins swim by, and play. I would highly recommend this condo.

We just left the condo for a week's stay. It was perfect and the location was great. Close to shopping and grocery stores. In fact, we asked Veronica to keep our deposit so we can return in October for another week of glorious sun, beach and rest. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished to meet all our needs. Can't wait to return.

The Silver Beach Condo was great. The beach was wonderful. We have only one complaint about our stay -- our time there was entirely too short and gone far too soon! We're hoping to return sometime in the future.

Our stay in Silver Beach was fantastic!!! It was a wonderful week, not a cloud in the sky, and the beach was great. The condo was absolutely top notch and we had no complaints at all. It was very quiet and the pool area was very close and convenient. It was also very convenient to the beach. Mornings and evenings on the patio were very memorable, especially sunrises. The furnishings and amenities in the condo were very, very nice and we so enjoyed being able to have breakfast and lunch there. Of course we had dinner out, and there were so many places that were close to choose from. We have all agreed that we eagerly await our next trip to 101 Silver Beach! Thanks, Veronica, for sharing your wonderful beach home with us!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Silver Beach 101. It was the perfect location for a trip to the beach. With it being on the ground floor, our young children could go on the balcony and we didn't have to worry about them falling and it was just like being on the beach without the sand! Everything we needed was at the condo and I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Our trip to Silver Beach 101 was an amazing trip! My girlfriend & I took along our 4 teenagers to Orange Beach for Spring Break. We were a little concerned that there would not be enough to keep the 2 - 20 yr. olds & 2 - 17 year olds occupied. We had a great week lounging at the pool & beach, while our teens enjoyed the beach as well as the put-put courses, go cart tracks, and the Flora-Bama nightclub (20 yr. olds only) Everyone was content & had a great time. Very nice condo, walking distance across the street to grocery stores & many restaurants. Convenient location. Veronica was a pleasure to rent from. I found this condo on the internet and immediately knew this was where I wanted my family to spend spring break. It is a very finely furnished condo with everything you can imagine available. The location is the best! You can sit right on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. The sand is great! You only have to walk to few steps to be right there on the beach. Everything about this condo was probably the best and most comfortable we've ever stayed in. We will definitely revisit this excellent condo!

Our family experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving at the beach thanks to this lovely and well-appointed condo. I had dreaded trying to a holiday in "someone else's" kitchen but everything we needed was there. The location is fantastic and the view is stunning. If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful accommodation right on the water, look no further. You have found a WONDERFUL beach condo. This condo is comfortable and well-furnished; the kitchen is ready for the cook. Walk right out to the clean white-sand beach or lounge in the living room or on the patio and listen to the waves and enjoy the views and birds. The condo is conveniently located near tourist attractions and shopping. The owner has thoughtfully prepared a binder full of valuable information on local attractions, eating places and services. The owner was very helpful. Our stay was fantastic!!!

What a wonderful birthday I had while in Orange Beach, and mainly because of such a wonderful place to stay. It was great being able to hear the ocean from our bedroom due to being so close to the water. Waking up and walking into the kitchen and living room and seeing the ocean from wall to wall was the best! There isn't much more that I can say to compliment your condo that hasn't been touched on by other vistor's comments above, other than we will definitely be back; and soon!

My husband and I had such a incredible time vacationing in this wonderful condo. We felt so at home and comfortable right from the beginning. You have done such a wonderful jogb decorating - ususally rentals have shades of orange and green leftover from the 70's. Thank you for putting such a effort into the decor.

We had a wonderful vacation at Silver Beach 101. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. Veronica thought of everything! Everything we needed to be comfortable away from home was there - the washer/dryer was great, the kitchen fully stocked, high chair available for the baby - everything! Eating meals outside on the balcony with the gorgeous view was great! This unit is so close to the water - I could easily sit on the balcony and watch my sons playing in the water with dad while the baby napped. And the pool and outdoor shower were very refreshing and a nice bonus! Thanks Veronica! Can't wait to go back!

I brought my family here for vacation. I have 2year old triplets. This was the perfect location for small child. Everything was beautiful and so convient. We did not have to fight the elevator nor worry about our kids getting to the pool or beach without us. I highly recommend this place the owners were great and we had a great time. Vicki Short

First time we used VRBO, and we found the condo to be everything promised plus more! Furnishings were great, first floor unit ideal for families with kids, kitchen fully stocked with utensils for everyday living, washer/dryer was great, and the view/walk to beach/pool was awesome. We were so unsure securing the condo over the internet, but it turned out fantastic and would highly recommend the Silver Beach #101 to all of our family and friends.
