All bedrooms have lots of light, views, own bathrooms, closets, and high ceilings with overhead fans. Great for 4 couples.
There are two levels with 2 bedrooms on the upper level which were designed by architect to have no A/C and be cooled by the ceiling fan and the cool night air flowing through the open screened doors but they do also a/c if it is a really hot night. Then there two other bedrooms on the lower level which both have the option of ceiling fans and/or A/C.
Water flows through center of house and exits through rear over a waterfall into lower level pool. House is surrounded by balcony with deck areas off living room middle bedroom and end bedroom. House design offers privacy for all. Views of the ocean, jungle and mountains from almost anywhere on the upper level balcony and deck areas.
The community is gated with a guard 24/7. There is a covered parking area for 2 cars on the lower level for during the rainy season. All in all a great reasonably priced rental to enjoy the 'pura vida' of Costa Rica.

Best place to rest and recharge or get out and have some fun! We spent a week here and did both! The house was beautiful, relaxing, and very comfortable. Plenty of sun and shade - whatever you want. The views are fantastic. The management company did an outstanding job of setting up any activity that we wanted which included kayaking, sunset cruise, zip-lining, and nature walk. There is a book of restaurant information and happy hours which was very helpful. The surrounding area had excellent restaurants and the people were very friendly. We cant wait to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The home exceeded our expectations. Breathtaking views throughout the main level and plenty of space for everyone. The home looks lovely in the video but it is even lovlier than the video. The location is convenient to both Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Estella (house manager) will help aquiant you with the area, activities and make any plans you may need.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

From the moment we arrived, we were awed by the beauty of this property and the comfortable and beautiful home. It is newly renovated and the furnishings are new and quite comfortable. We lived in the pool off of the deck connected to the main living and dining area. The sea sparkled in front of us (to the west) and the hills, mountains and jungle canopy stretched languorously before us to the south. The owners had recommended two companies for day trips which were as good as I can imagine. We zip lined, road horses thru the jungle to plunging waterfalls and swam in the swirling bracing whirlpool. We also went white water rafting which was likewise fun if not too challenging that early in the rainy season. We took a car trip to Dominical which has an exquisite coast line and ate at a lovely restaurant. The fish everywhere is fresh and well prepared. The house is well equipped and we cooked in several nights during our week at "Casa Cascadas". We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and intend to return next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a very spacious property with stunning views and a lovely swimming pool and garden. We saw monkeys in the trees by the pool and a sloth. It's a lovely quiet location away from the main street. The house is very comfortable and the owners couldn't have been any more helpful. I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My work is Real Estate Investing and property Management. My wife and I love to travel and on our first visit to Costa Rica we feel in love with Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Being always curious about Real Estate I had a great agent show us some properties and the rest was history as we think we found the perfect house. Hopefully if you rent you will love the place as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Manuel Antonio:
We really loved Manuel Antonio because of its location and all its amenities. You also have the town of Quepos nearby with all of its amenities and restaurants, supermarkets,clothing stores, hardware stores, and its airport. The ocean is only minutes from the house and you have exceptional views and breezes up and down the hillside.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You have, as I stated above, the beautiful views but it is centrally located to town the beach and restaurants with public transportation a 5 min walk down the road. Our favorite thing is a short hike to a beautiful waterfall adjacent to the gated community. Our property Managers Kent & Estela can arrange a private chef, daily maid service, or any local activity(Zip Lining, horseback riding , rafting, deep sea fishing, biking, hiking etc. or answer any questions on where to go or where to eat). A week is usually not enough time.
