Wow, what a view!
Wow, what a view!
I can't say enough about the stunning view! You see boats and ships going by. You can also see the Port Townsend Ferry go back and forth. We saw bald eagles several times. The house is clean, comfortable, cozy and close to everything. Did I mention the view? I would recommend the Coupeville Bistro and Coffee Bar. Great food! We all had a great time and I would definitly stay here again.

Absolutely stunning view! Pictures can't do justice to the view of the water with the Olympic mountains rising behind and the Port Townsend ferry and other boats crossing the Sound. The home also has a great central Whidbey location. It's a nice walk to the beach and a 10-15 min drive to charming Coupeville. We recommend Toby's Tavern for a restaurant with local flavor and great mussels, and the Knead & Feed for good bread and sandwiches. We also hiked at Ebey's landing and took short day trips to Oak Harbor, Greenbank Farms, and Deception Pass. The home has a great cabin feel and is quite cozy. The kitchen has been recently updated and had everything we needed to fix meals at home to enjoy on the deck while enjoying the view. While we didn't need it because it was just the two of us, the loft would be a fun place for kids to sleep. All in all, we loved the home. Everything was great, and the view and central location were perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Why the Owner Chose Coupeville:
A few years before we bought this home we owned a home on the beach along Keystone Ave about a mile from this home. We liked the view from this property better than the beach front home so we sold the beach property and bought this one... with plans to live in this home at some future date.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The breathtaking view of Admiralty Bay and the Olympic mountains bring joy to our inner being every day we are there to enjoy it. Also the short walk to the beach and the long enjoyable walks along the beach are fantastic... Ever changing with the weather... Also house is located in the Olympic Rain Shadow which brings much better weather to this location on the Island...
