The private sitting room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and club chairs. "Sarah's Room" is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed and walks out to the upstairs deck overlooking the pool and ocean. "The Loft" has a trundle bed and plantation shutters that peek out from the top of the house to the ocean. "The Treehouse" bedroom has two beautiful wrought iron twin beds. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have their own TVs and video players. The downstairs has a main living area which walks out to the pool deck. The well-appointed kitchen connects to the dining room which comfortably seats ten. The pool deck has a gas grill and outside table comfortable for ten people.
