Welcome to 115 Dune Lane, a place for vacation memories which last a lifetime.
Nestled in the heart of North Forest Beach, our beautifully furnished six bedroom oceanfront home welcomes you with antique heart of pine flooring and majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering full views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you open the door.
On the main level, a spacious living room with large LCD HDTV, a dining room with built in buffet and an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar allow for wonderful family gatherings and meals.
A powder room is located off the living area.
The master suite is located on the main level. The suite has a king bed, double vanities, jetted bath and large walk-in shower. The suite opens onto the pool deck with a full ocean view.
A spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are available.
The pool deck is equipped with a dining table and chairs, chaise lounges, side tables, gas grill and a covered gazebo. Pool and beach toys are abundant. There is a private boardwalk from the pool deck to the beach. The hot tub and pool are connected with a flowing waterfall.
The upstairs master suite (queen bed, private bath) adjoins its own private sitting room which opens to the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy coffee in bed as you watch the sun rise! The private sitting room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, a rocker/recliner and a TV and DVD player.
"Sarah's Room" is beautifully furnished with a king bed and a private bath and opens to a private balcony with ocean view.
"Jessica's Room" has a comfortable king bed, a private bath, a sitting area with a loveseat, and its own oceanfront deck.
"The Loft" has a trundle bed (twin/king) and plantation shutters which reveal a majestic horizon.
"The Treehouse" bedroom has two beautiful wrought iron twin beds as well as a private bath.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and has its own television and DVD player.
There is also a separate game room with a large screen TV, game table, baby grand piano, sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. Games and videos allow entertainment for all.
There are many books in the library located on the second level.

We come to South Carolina nearly every year and this home was by far the most beautiful home we have stayed at! Amazing views and the pool and spa were wonderful. The entire extended family enjoyed the beach at HHI. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us the privilege of staying in this paradise for a week!

We spent a week here with friends and had a wonderful experience! The house is beautiful, clean, well-appointed and the layout is perfect for maintaining just the right amount of privacy and 'together-ness.' The hot tub, pool, beach and exquisite ocean views are literally just out the back door. The beach house's location is fabulous, balancing peaceful privacy with easy access to restaurants, shopping, bike/walking trails and other conveniences. If you want activity, it's only a short walk or drive to many attractions but if it's solace you crave, the lounge chairs and ocean breeze out back are perfect. Also, the home has a beautiful master suite on the main floor, which is handy for people who find stairs a challenge. We can't wait to return someday!

My friends and I rented this house this past October and we absolutely loved it. The house is notably clean, the rooms are spacious, the furnishings are top-notch. Plus, the extra amenities provided to guests are beyond what I have experienced in other rentals - the house is stocked with everything you'd need! Plus, the outside pool/jacuzzi area is a generous size with lots of available lounge chairs looking out over the beach/ocean. Great rental. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house. It was well appointed in every way...a perfect place for a family get-together. The pool and beach access could not have been any better. Absolutely wonderful.

This is a beautiful spot with absolutely georgous sunrises. The location is very spacious and clean. It is very comfortable and has everything you would possibly need, It is right next to the ocean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
