Lower Level has Two Bedrooms, Walk-in Tiled Shower, Utility Room and a Storage Room.
Hot Springs Village is a gated community that expands over 26,000 acres of land and is located only 20 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs. Not far from there is the Hot Springs Mountain Tower (Observation Tower), also known as "Look-out point," that stretches 216 feet above the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Great for family outings and sight seeing! There are various shopping outages, including the Hot Springs Mall. All of this only 20 minutes from you! Being known for it's beautiful scenery and surrounding mountains, Hot Springs Village has over 20 miles of trails for hiking, walking, jogging, or whatever your preference may be. Along with breathtaking views, it also includes eight 18-hole golf courses and one 27-hole golf course. Around 25% of the gated 26,000 acres is dedicated to golf courses. There are 16 amazing tennis courts, over 200 clubs and organizations, and twelve lakes that total over 2,000 acres. We were looking for a nice unit to accomodate a long weekend stay in the village. The unit was very nice, 3 full bedrooms and 2 baths with futon in the living room. The location was very convenient near the front gate, and the Desoto club. The value for the price definately exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this unit to others looking for a similar setup.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a nice, clean townhouse with lots of room. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived, like the smoke alarm beeping, TV not working and a window open that we could not close, but the owner got someone over right away to fix the problems, except for the window, so we had a very pleasurable stay. It's in a quiet area and I would recommend this place as long as you don't mind the split level accomodations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have a big family and hotels aren't always the most economic choice. This place was ok--probably could use a professional cleaning in between guests. But all in all, it served its purpose in a quiet neighborhood. We loved Magic Springs and downtown Hot Springs has some nice shops. The surrounding parks are good for sight seeing and wonderful scenery. Overall good vacation for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
