You will not find a better location for the beach lover. There are no swimming pools or tennis courts, but you will be impressed with this fantastic spot right on the beach! There are plenty of restaurants close by. The Silver Sands Outlet and Destin Commons shopping areas are just minutes away. On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, sofa bed and living area. Adjoining is another bedroom with two twin beds, all sharing a full bathroom. The family area is on the second level along with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and half bath. Located on the third level is the master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. There is an additional guest bedroom on the third level with a queen bed and private bathroom. You can enjoy the beach all day, then leave your beach chairs right at your door step. This townhouse at the beach is sure to impress all you beach lovers!

I would NOT recommend this property because it is not worth the price they are charging. We got to this condo on Saturday March 30, 2013. When we got there there were no cables to hook up the tv. There was supposed to be wifi but there was not even a modem. It says it sleeps 8-12 but we only had 7 people staying and there were not enough towels for each of us. The sofa bed(the brown one in the bedroom) was broken so my son couldn't even sleep on it pulled out. There were no extra blankets either. Something had been torn off the wall in the master bath and the sliding glass door out to the balcony(the way you get down to the beach) was broken and very hard to open and close. The handle eventually broke off. The coffee pot leaked and the drains in the bathrooms drained so slowly. The parking was only one big space where we had to fit all 3 of our cars. This was very difficult and a little stressful because it was so tight. We found a previous tenants lingerie in between the mattresses in the twin bedroom. YUCK! We found old tomatoes on the top of the refrigerator. They looked like they had been there for awhile. The accessibility to the beach was great however and I was able to get some of my money refunded due to the lack of functionality. Overall however I would not recommend this condo and it is severely overpriced! The rental manager and the maintenance man were nice but there was just too many obstacles to overcome.Owner response: This guest party checked into the unit several hours before check in time. Unfortunately, our housekeeping and maintenance staff had very little time to prepare the townhouse for their arrival. If the guests had arrived at the correct time that afternoon, all of the issues stated in their complaint would have been remedied prior to their check in. Our staff was unable to conduct a walk-thru of the unit, nor were we able to repair the broken items left by the previous guests. However, our maintenance guy repaired the sliding door, provided cable television/WIFI, and delivered extra towels and a new coffee pot the afternoon the guests checked in. In an effort to accommodate the guest party, our company refunded a portion of the rent payment and did not charge an early check in fee. This guest review does not reflect the typical guest experience in this property.
