Enjoy spending a great vacation with your family in this beautiful 5 bed , 3 and a half bath home which has pretty much everything needed for the most relaxing vacation! Situated just minutes away from the world famous Disneyland and other theme parks, this villa is packed with things you will need for your memorable vacation.
You will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated home with mostly brand new furnishing, and carpeting throughout. You can also enjoy the spacious living area fitted with a LARGE 55” 3D LCD SMART T.V. with extensive T.V. channels, where you can lounge around with family and friends.
The first floor on suite master bedroom with King Bed has direct access to the private pool deck. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms, with one on suite, on the second floor. The fourth and the fifth rooms are each furnished with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have LCD TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios, and bathrooms fitted with hair dryers. The home has Free WiFi Connection and will sleep 10 people very comfortably. All rooms have brand new mattresses and bedding.
Sit out on the patio facing the conservation, during the day and enjoy the warm summer weather while sipping on summer drinks or having a relaxing swim in the private pool. There is a brand new BBQ grill on the deck, for your evening entertainment.
When you are done with theme parks, there is a place to relax at home with a game of pool in the game room. The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and secured by 24hr ADT security system. The neighborhood is situated in a highly sort after subdivision Calabay Parc, which is also secured by a 24hr surveillance system.

This vacation house is excellent. The house is super clean and all the carpets are brand new. There are five bedrooms and it is excellent for reunion. It is very convenient to the Disney World and shopping centers. The owner is super nice. One of my friends left her son's blanket there and I called the owner and she immediately responded me and asked the caregiver to mail the blanket back to us without any charge. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean( thank you Phylip and Linda), modern, comfortable, looked exactly as shown and had everything we needed including the little things. We enjoyed the pool and having breakfast every morning on the screened patio. Everything was perfect from booking( the owner Enoka, was very professional, competent and nice )and checking in to checking out.The deposit was released timley. Enoka,Thank You for all your help. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe place for the family to enjoy. We spent our thanksgiving holiday in Orlando at this vacation rental. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, a home away from home. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a heated swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect location if you want to visit any of the Disney World parks - only a 15-20 min ride. The house is fully equipped with a 3D entertainment system, comfortable furniture and all the kitchen utensils you would ever need.
