  I highly recommend this condo and working with this owner. She made the booking and check in experience flawless! The condo was every bit as perfect as the pictures show...extremely clean and well taken care of. Our kids loved the water park and the arcade. The fitness center is wonderful and very well equipped...not to mention that the view of the ocean and beach made working out so much more enjoyable. The location is perfect for Pier Park shopping as well as close to grocery and convenience stores. Security staff was visible both day and night, and the employees at the information desks were always pleasant and helpful. You won't be disappointed in your stay:)

  we stayed at barbara's condo the week of june 9th and it was excatly like she said it was. the condo was very clean and she was so easy to work with. the condo complex it self does have some issues with elevators and the pools are very cold. but all in all i would stay here again and i would definately use barabara condo again!

  We rented Barbara's condo for our stay in Florida for our daughter's wedding. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like! The rooms were perfect, the couch was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was laid out for efficient use. Everything was clean and well maintained. We came down on a Saturday, my daughter's wedding was Monday, and we relaxed at the pools and lazy river the rest of the time. The trip was great, the condo was great, and the wedding was beautiful. Barbara was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were close to places to eat and purchase items, but at the same time far enough away so there wasn't too much noise or traffic. I will be vacationing with Barbara again!

  This was my family's first time renting a condo and using VRBO. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. The condo was beautiful and was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 kids, ages 11, 10 and 6. The description and photos were accurate. We loved the balcony with the two sliding doors. We watched the dolphins swim by everyday. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Barbara was great to work with and check in and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. The resort had everything we needed and kept the kids busy and entertained. We loved the Pasta Grill restaurant (within walking distance), the food is homemade. We also loved Thomas doughnut shop (very close by), fresh doughnuts were the best we'd ever eaten. We cannot wait to visit again and Barbara would be the first person we would call.

  My family of 4 stayed at this condo the week before Labory Day 2011. We have twin 2 yr. olds and were extremely pleased with the kid friendly atmosphere. Beach access is so close and made it easy when you're carrying the millions of items that kids require. Our kids loved the pool, lazy river, and splash pad. They were a little too young for the water park since there is a big bucket that dumps water over the whole park. The condo was very clean and was just enough space for the four of us. The view is amazing and the balcony is a good size. There was WiFi and cable available in the condo. The condo is decorated very nicely and is well maintained. The photos are true to the actual condo. Barbara is extremely accomodating and very helpful. We were very lucky that we visited while school was back in session. I can see where this resort could get very crowded during the summer. It was nice to have Pier Park right down the road for a convenient lunch out and near by shopping. I would recommend this condo to other families.

  I stayed here at this condo for my vacation during April 13th-17th. We had a wonderful time and everything was absolutely beautiful! The condo was brand new and beautifully decorated. Barbara was a delight to work with from the beginning and all the way through our vacation. We were the first to stay in her condo and would highly recommend this property to others! Barbara allowed us to stay longer than the 11:00 check out. We will be going back again and we will definitely want the same condo!
