Located just minutes south of downtown Moab, and a few blocks away from the entrance of Flat Pass ( Steel Bender) trail. This
studio suite is part of the owners property tastefully decorated with a private entrance and spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains from the yard. Matured landscaped 1/2 acre fenced well maintained grass backyard.
Lodging consists of a queen size bed with Sofa sleeps to accomodate up to 4 people, heated floor for those cool wintery mornings and a swamp cooler for the warm afternoons. The unit has a full size kitchen beautifully decorated with hickory cabinets and complete amenities including a side by side refrigerator/freezer to cool your favorite beverages. There is also a gas stove, microwave, and cookware to fix a complete meal if you decide not to dine at one of the many renowned local restaurants. This is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of exploration in the canyons. Tavertine and ceramic tile through out the newly remodeled bathroom with a rain shower head that feels exhilarating after long day of Moab adventure. Full cable TV, and DVD player is also available for your entertainment. Bring your toys as there is plenty of parking for ATV's, Motorcycles, Trailers, and Bicycles with a secure site to keep your personal property.

I was born and raised in Moab Utah. I have been on every trail hunting, horse back riding, hiking while growing up in Moab. I often take groups of people out to explore Moab on ATVs, Jeeps, and Motorcycles. My wife Sandra and I have raised 5 children in Moab. We have 2 medium sized dogs that are people friendly and occasionally share the adjoining backyard.

Jim & Sandra could not have been sweeter! They have a beautiful property with plenty of room for our trailer, truck, and Jeeps, a nice quiet neighborhood, wonderful dogs to play with (such characters!), adorable apartment with all the amenities you can imagine--everything was just perfect! They took a lot of pride in making it homey, comfy, and welcoming. We are looking forward to staying there again, and highly recommend this gem. We have to take Jim up on the trail guide next time for sure!

Wonderful place, extremely accommodating, they make you feel at home like old friends coming to visit! Never felt so at home away from home as we did at Jim's Place. Highly recommended cant wait to come back and stay!
