    The studio was very clean, well maintained, and sweetly decorated for our honeymoon when we arrived. The owners were very nice, and their dogs are very cute! The property is located about 10 mins outside of downtown Moab. The only thing that should be mentioned in the property listing is that the studio suite shares a wall with the owner's wood working shop and it was very easy to hear through the walls if he was in there doing any work (sawing, drilling, sanding, music, etc.). Other than that, it was a perfect, cozy, place to spend our honeymoon in Moab!

    A very nice place to stay. Very clean. We will stay here on our return trip to Moab someday. Very beautiful country. I love taking pictures and got so many beautiful ones. The owners were so helpful on our stay and suggested many places to see. We loved their dogs. We were made to feel so welcome.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Excellent place to stay. Friendly and helpful owners. Comfy, tidy, and very well equipped apartment. Really enjoyed the stay!

    2 of us stayd in this aparment during the easter jeep safari and had a blast the place was spotless and the owners were unbeliveable nice had everything we needed and would highly recomend this rental to any smaller group there was only 2 of us but could easy fit 4 adults

    Jim & Sandra could not have been sweeter! They have a beautiful property with plenty of room for our trailer, truck, and Jeeps, a nice quiet neighborhood, wonderful dogs to play with (such characters!), adorable apartment with all the amenities you can imagine--everything was just perfect! They took a lot of pride in making it homey, comfy, and welcoming. We are looking forward to staying there again, and highly recommend this gem. We have to take Jim up on the trail guide next time for sure!

    Wonderful place, extremely accommodating, they make you feel at home like old friends coming to visit! Never felt so at home away from home as we did at Jim's Place. Highly recommended cant wait to come back and stay!
