Great carefree home with large pool and lots of outside living. Dock is on an open direct access waterway and large enough for lounging and your boat. Walking in the front door, you enter a newly decorated living room with sofas, one is a sofa bed, and matching dining tables and chairs. The living dining room is L shaped with sliders to the lanai. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything a cook would need with large refrigerator too. Spare refrigerator in the double garage. The family room is a true family room with recliners, plasma TV, dvd player, headphones and built in wet bar. Sliders again to the lanai and pool area. There is a split bedroom plan with the master having a King size bed. At the other side of the home, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and the other is set up as an office with a trundle bed (2 singles) or a couch for reading. Very clean home and lots of extras like bicycles, dock, and gas grill.
