Ski in, soak in the hot tub, walk to dinner then enjoy a fire! This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo, on Ski Hill Road in Breckenridge, is a quick and easy walk to the Gondola to take you to the slopes. At the end of the day, ski down the Four O'Clock run to the Gondola Ski Back run, pop off your skis and walk about 150 steps to your home away from home.

The condo is also close to everything that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer for your summer vacation fun. There is biking and hiking outside the door and golf, rafting and all of your other summer adventures just minutes away.

The condominium is spacious, spanning 1260 square feet on two levels with vaulted ceilings. Located on the top floors of the building, the mountain views are great. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom, upstairs, has a queen-size bed and a three-quarter bath, and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a three-quarter bath. The condo comfortably sleeps eight.

An outdoor heated pool (summer only) and two outdoor hot tubs (year round) are on site. Walk a block over and you are on Main Street Breckenridge filled with charming shops, restaurants and bars.

This condominium is fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, linens, games, crib and a high chair. We also offer a private and locked storage area for all of your skis, bikes, golf clubs and other sports gear.

All-new remodel this year - fantastic location & great value!

What a great spot to wake up to a view of the slopes. Coffee in the newly-remodelled & well-stocked kitchen, collect skis & boards from the locker across the hall, then it's a quck trip to the gondola & up the mountain! The kitchen is well-laid-out & the dining area is very convenient for a large group apres-ski. The location close by the gondola & a couple blocks from the heart of downtown is also great. The hot-tub areas are a way to meet the neighbors (so far, all nice) while relaxing with a cold one.

Awesome location, just a short walk to either downtown shops & restraunts or the Gondola! Well-appointed condo, with great attention to the details that make the stay wonderful - instructions for WiFi, stereo,fireplace, &tc. I love the quiet location that is convenient to everything.The hot-tubbing & pool are also a great place to make new "friends". The newly-remodeled kitchen makes staying-in for dinner a delight. I'll DEFINATELY be back again.

I stayed with my wife and two kids at this wonderful condo. The proximity to the gondola and the town was a great plus for our family. We had lots of room to spread out in the condo. Our family enjoyed the hot tub at the complex. We look forward to renting this condo again and again! Andy

Extreme Comfort!

There is a short three minute walk to the Gondola where you can then get some great turns to all levels of the mountain! At the end of the day you can ski within 1 minute walk. The place itself is quiet, comfortable, updated, and plenty of room for kids to enjoy. I have stayed here a few times and will again next year!

We have been staying at the Ski Hill Condo for the past 5 years. Not only is the condo a great location for skiing, but it is so close to everything in town as well. We've spent several summer and fall weekends here enjoying everything that the town of Breckenridge has to offer - walking along the river walk, enjoying the music festival and very easy access to the bike path. Perfect location!

Great Location & Setup: 1 Block to Nearly Everything!

Love this location and setup. Location is perfect: 1 block to the gondola, 1 block to Main Street, 1 block to the liquor store, 1 block to Riverwalk along the Blue River Trail, 2 Blocks to the grocery, the Bus stop is right outside, 1 block from the bottom of 4 O'clock Run. Covered parking, Pool and a couple of hot tubs, storage room on the landing for stowing all our gear overnight. With 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone, plus pull-outs if you need them in the living room. Check out the newly remodeled kitchen too. Clean condo, well appointed, well stocked kitchen, comfortable but not pretentious. Easy to communicate with the owners. They also have good recommendations in the condo for favorite spots around Breckenridge.

THIS CONDO IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT SPOT. 1 BLOCK TO MAIN, 2-3 BLOCKS TO GONDOLA, AND 2 BLOCKS FROM END OF 4 O'CLOCK RUN. 4-5 BLOCKS TO GROCERY STORE. VIEW FROM 2ND STORY IS NICE TO WAKE UP TO. COVERED PARKING A DEFINITE PLUS. HOT TUBS NICE TO RELAX IN AFTER A DAY OF SKIING.

Owner response:Thank you for the great review! Just wanted to clarify that if you take the 4 O'Clock run to the Gondola Ski Back run you will end up about 250' from the condo. Also, the gondola is roughly 750' from the condo. (Yes, I have measured them.) Hope to see you again!
