The Findlay Suite is a sunny, two bedroom, second floor apartment on a very quiet street in Old Town. A separate entrance to this self-contained unit and off street parking ensure your complete privacy.
It is a short walk to the main shopping area, the Shaw theatres and the restaurants of Queen St. Winery tours and tastings, superb dining, luxurious spas, live theatre at The Shaw Festival, and much more are available at your leisure.
The main bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, a queen sofa bed in a sitting area for four and satellite tv. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and satellite tv. All mattresses and bedding are new in 2011. There is a full bath between the two rooms.
Enjoy your own large and complete kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and table for four. Of course, all linens are supplied for bed, bath and kitchen.
Relax on your private balcony overlooking the lovely back garden for a glass of wine or cup of tea before dinner.
The suite has complimentary laundry facilities for your use alone, as well as natural gas heat, central air conditioning, hardwood and ceramic floors.

Great spot for 2 couples, very private, lots of room, or great as a girlfriends' getaway, close to wineries by foot, car or bicycle. Very relaxing town, lots to do and a perfect place to spend a vacation. Owners are very friendly, knowledgeable but respect your privacy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you, Nancy, for a lovely stay in Findlay Suite last weekend. We enjoyed a wonderful and restful night in our own private accommodation. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and we appreciated the on site private parking. We also found the Bridge Centre in St. Catharines a friendly and welcoming club for visitors.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious and perfect for two couples, and a great price. It's just as it was shown on the website - clean, private and very comfortable. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic time in Niagara on the lake and this was partly because of our stay at the Findlay Suite. As the pictures suggest, this place is immaculate. Every room is spotless and spacious. The kitchen is self contained and has all the appliances you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. This turned out to be nice as NOTL can get expensive. The two bedrooms are a nice size and both beds are very comfortable. There is satellite T.V. in both rooms which was also a very nice touch for the nights we wanted to relax in the apartment after a day of walking. The apartment has its own entrance, separate from the owner’s residence which makes it very private. A short walk will take you right into the heart of downtown NOTL. Overall, I would highly recommend the Findlay Suite and will return when we go back to Niagara on the lake.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

June 1 - Sept. 30 $200/night $1100/week Oct 1 - May 31 $150/night $ 800/week 50% deposit required at time of booking by cheque, money order, interac e-transfer Balance due upon arrival. 2 night minimum booking on weekends in high season. Additional $10 per night for 5th and 6th person. Cancellation policy: 14 day notice of cancellation is necessary to return your deposit. Otherwise deposit will only be refunded if the nights are re-booked.

About the owner: Nancy and Doug Findlay retired here in 2004 and have never regretted a moment. Living in Niagara-on-the-Lake is like being on permanent vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Niagara-on-the-Lake:
We followed two of our children who attended Brock University in St. Catharines and left the snow belt north of Toronto to enjoy longer seasons of more moderate weather. After visiting several times over the years, the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake captivated us with its quiet, elegant ambiance, the Shaw Festival and the incredible floral displays on Queen Street.

Walking, roller-blading and biking begins at our doorstep and extends along trails through the beautifully maintained Niagara area.
