Located on the award winning Windsor Palms Resort, this modern town home with splash pool (optional heat) is ideal for those folks who like lots of space, privacy, and affordable comfort. This home can accommodate up to 6 persons plus a baby.
You are dealing direct with the owner and will get first class service throughout the rental process. We also stay here on vacation!
We have some very good neighbours who can also provide accommodation for larger groups. Email us for details.
You will be welcomed at the gatehouse upon arrival and treated very well by the resort staff.
Our guests are impressed with how clean the resort is and everybody has a nice smile to greet you at the clubhouse.
You can get a cold drink or even a Starbucks coffee at the shop and sit in the shade whilst watching the splashing about in the huge heated pool and jacuzzi!
Very often there is a barbaque on Wednesdays at the clubhouse to enable guests to meet others and feel part of the community.
Many guests return year after year because they know things dont get much better than Windsor Palms.

The place was very clean. The pool was a great asset after a long day at Disney or shopping. Very good location for everything we needed. All around great vacation house. Will certainly book again if we are planning another trip to Florida!!!Owner response: These were great guests who made the most of our fantastic home. We were looking for a winter retreat from the cold and snowy climates of Pittsburgh and found this villa on the internet. The photos don't do the resort justice! The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved having our own private hot tub! There was more than enough room for our family of 5. Our kids are 23, 18 and 16, and they enjoyed the complex immensely. The pool was very warm and inviting and the residents are all very friendly. We were at the facility every day but one so we were able to enjoy all the ammenities. They have bike rentals in the sundry shop - even a 2 seater! The cinema is awesome! You can actually request a movie you would like to see at the sundry shop! We didn't know that until the end of our stay. They have a huge selection I hear. They played Argo our last night, so they even have new releases. The fitness center is small, but it has everything our athletic sons needed for a personal gym. The basketball court, tennis courts and beach volleyball are all in walking distance and in good repair. You get the equpment at the sundry shop. They charge $5 for the rental, but give you your money back when it is returned. We spent one day at Clearwater Beach. It was almost a 2 hour drive, but it was worth it! It is a beautiful beach on the gulf side. We went to Kissimmee GoKarts on MM 13 and had a fun afternoon riding the karts and feeding the alligators. We went to the outlets, but there was literally no place to park at 1:00 in the afternoon, so we went to Downtown Disney instead. Other than that, we just enjoyed the warm temperatures, sunshine and all the ammenities of this resort! Wendy and Eddie made it so easy for us! They emailed us all the codes right before we left. The keyless entry is a wonderful idea for famiies with kids!! We had a concern with a strong chlorine smell in the hot tub, and I emailed Wendy and Eddie and they had it serviced that afternoon! Our only complaint the entire week was the mattresses were noisy and not real confortable. Nonetheless, we slept well and had a glorious vacation at Windsor Palms Resort! We definately recommend staying here and we ourselves look forward to a return visit next winter!! Thank you Wendy and Eddie, for letting us stay at your villa!!Owner response: A great family who left the home as clean as they found it! Our four poster King bed takes a little getting used to but is very comfortable! The spa was left on at full temp with the lid on and reached 120 degree! so it needed to be 'refreshed'. No problem, just an oversight. Love to have them back soon.
