  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental staff was excellent. The grounds were nice. The location was off the beaten path but ok. A car was a must. The condo was very dated; furnishings and bedding were worn and need of replacing; internet was TERRIBLE; tv's were old style; several maintenance issues - light bulbs out, toilets running, kitchen faucet had hot and cold water reversed and the faucet was missing parts, blankets were soiled, bedding was very worn, mattresses were ok. It was clean but not a place we spent much time in as the dated nature of it was not welcoming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at Sunrise Suites Resort before about 6 years ago. When we decided to take a vacation to Key West for the Peterson's Harley Davidson Poker Run, I knew that this was where I wanted to stay again. Making the reservation online was easy process and at check in was greeted with a smile. Accomodations were very nice. Room was clean upon arrival. The location was convenient in Key West to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Suites Resort in Key West.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was very professional. The property location is excellent. The master bathroom toilet ran and had to be adjusted. Generally, the property was very well maintained and the staff was courtious. We will be back!

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishes/utensils were dirty..had to be washed. It was cold and I turned on the heat which set off the smoke alarm. Called office who told me unit did not have does, just not maintained. WiFi did not work. Sorry, I would not recommend unit 411.

Reviewer Comments: O condomnio é muito bom possuindo piscina e jacuzy,que infelizmente ficam abertas só até as 9:00 pm. Os quartos são bons mas o sofá cama para acomadar mais 2 pessoas na sala é muito ruim (parece cama de acampamento. A limpeza é boa mas nos deram um apartamento com cheiro de cigarro. A cozinha é bem equipada. A localização é perto do mar (200 m) porém bem longe do agito de Key West, portanto tem que usar o carro para sair.
