Large family bayfront home, located approximately 4 miles
past the Grand Hotel in Fairhope, Alabama.
100 Foot Lot, plenty of parking available, all bulkheaded, long
pier with crab deck and boat lift (with permission when available)
Large open deck overlooking Mobile Bay. Huge screened in
porch on side with loads of comfortable furniture for that
relaxing evening - even has a hammock for napping!
Great room has vaulted ceiling, and nice comfy furniture
with a large entertainment armoire. Step down to a large
dining room with direct view of the Bay. The kitchen is
well equipped - coffee maker, microwave, large double
doored refrigerator, dishwasher.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, and is a suite
in itself, with a private bath. king bed in master.
downstairs, there is a guest room with queen bed. The
bath located in the hall serves this bedroom.
The kids room is located at the end of the hall, and has
3 twin beds, a double bed, and a futon. Private bath,
their own t.v. and foosball game!!
There is also a half bath in the hall for guests. Very nice
home for entertaining - that wonderful getaway for you and
your family!!
Fairhope is only about 15 minutes away, and is great
for shopping, sightseeing, or taking a walk along the
large Fairhope Pier.
Foley is about 30 minutes west - lots of shopping, etc.
Gulf Shores is approximately 45 minutes away, with
nice white sandy beaches.

Although we were there for only a short time I found it very relaxing and will certainly go back again. The owners were exceptionally accommodating to some last minute calendar changes I had to make and I greatly appreciate it. If you need some quality down time with family and friends this will be perfect place. Also the nearby town of Fairhope has a lot to offer so check it out.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We rented this great bay house for a large family reunion here in Fairhope. It was perfect! The large screened in porch was the gathering place for the whole family and we made many new memories there. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with every possible cooking item you would ever want and we certainly used them all! It was a pleasure to have the convenience of having these things handy while you cooked. The dining room was nice and spacious and accomodated our family buffets daily....loved the pass-through, too! Also, since we had several kids and grands there, they loved the bunk room with their own bath and "stuff". Per-fect! And the upstairs master was the nicest get-away after a fun but long day on the pier and in the sun. The families also went into Fairhope more than once to shop or get some ice cream at Mr. Gene's (yummy!), and eat at the various little restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to gather our families and catch up on old stories and make new ones. Wish there had been many more photos on this listing when we looked at it online, but we made a lot more to show our friends. It was spotless upon arrival and in great shape so we have no complaints! We will certainly gather our family here again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.
