My family of 4 and I rented the condo for the long holiday weekend. We were impressed by the condo online and after speaking and working with Mary Ann, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The place is so cozy, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The condo was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We loved the family breakfast area, view of the lake while eating a lazy Sunday breakfast (we had snow all weekend!), and cozy living area. The bedrooms were very accomodating and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. There wasn't a thing we were without all weekend. Mary Ann was great to deal with from renting the unit, it check in and check out, everything was so easy! We spent 2 days at Wisp skiing and snow tubing, a quick drive less than 10 minutes from the condo. It was close to the local grocery store, gas, etc, so shopping was super easy too. We cooked 2 meals in and enjoyed our lakeside view for dinner and breakfast - it makes you feel like you are home! I would definitely recommend staying here and we can't wait to return again for another great stay next winter!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Wonderful stay. This place has really everything you need. Our family had a wonderful time. Very clean, very convenient to stores, only few minutes from Wisp.Recommended for: Families with young children

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. From the first interaction with Mary Ann to the last, she was pleasant, responsive, and personable. The condo was beautiful, homey, clean, and well maintained/well stocked. You could tell that it is someone's second home as opposed to just a rental. The location is perfect and when the weather was less than perfect we did not mind because we had gorgeous views of the lake and a beautiful condo to be in. I would defintiely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

A delightful home and setting! We loved waking up in the morning and watching the mist burn off the lake, revealing a beautiful day. We found the R&R we were looking for, but since the property is well situated to make it easy to get around to other sites, we did do some exploring. This was our first visit to Deep Creek Lake, and we know we'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I loved this condo. The views of the lake were gorgeous. I found myself sitting outside for hours just watching the boats go by or enjoying a quiet morning as the sun came up. The condo was very CLEAN-my #1 thing. Very well maintained and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable with crisp fresh linens and living area was very cozy. The location was so convenient for us. No more than 10 minutes from the DC State Park beach, Swallow Falls, and all boating, fishing activities around lake. Neighbors were very friendly introducing themselves and offering suggestions for things to do. I would definitely recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to DC Lake.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our families vacation "On Golden Pond" was wonderful. I have been spending many years at the lake and this vacation was one of the best! The home was decorated beautifully and assessible to the lake and surrounding areas. The owner was wonderful to work with regarding the rental property. We at ate Dutch's restarant twice (very good!) and visited the winery in Friendsville, MD. I would highly recommend the 30 minute drive to the winery. The owner does an excellent job talking about the wines in the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I was looking for a getaway for me and my husband to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The price and photos, location and amenities had got my attention with this one but when I arrived at the condo I was so amazed with the decor, the view was magnificent. I believe it is the best panoramic view on the lake. me and my husband walked the shoreline daily and enjoyed the view and sitting on the patio. The jetted tub was a nice relaxing time at the end of each day. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Mary Ann was very nice in our communications and I look forward to staying there again. The weather is usually iffy at the end of September at the Lake but we had great weather in the 60s and 70s until the day before we left.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I competed in the SavageMan 70.0 Triathlon and we rented the condo for the weekend. The condo was perfect due to its location to the State Park and the great waterfront location. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful vacation rental at Deep Creek Lake. Absolutely perfect location. Steps away from the lake and the unit even comes with its own boat slip which made going back and forth to our friend's lake house a breeze. 2 minutes from town with movie theather and great restrautants and shopping. The condo had everything we could imagine and then more. Flying in from Hawaii, we did not have shampoos and laundry detergent thinking we would just buy them once we arrived. No way, Mary Ann had that place stocked with everything include Aloe Vera and Zip loc baggies for those long days on the water. My family just loved the Black bear motiff to include the Black Bear coffee table. My sister is already planning her next vacation there next summer. Stay here and you will have one of the best vacations possible. Thanks Mary Ann for making our vacation super special.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation at Deep Creek Lake. You can't beat the views from this condo. It is right on the lake, and the full wall of sliding glass doors allows for a beautiful lakefront view all day long. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable, and probably the most well stocked vacation home we've rented. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing any kind of meal. We also really enjoyed the use of the gas grill. We could sit on the patio for hours - so relaxing! Very convenient for boating and fishing, too. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
