This cute little basement suite with large windows is in a raised bungalow so it is very sunny. With this rental you will get a great location, comfort, and attractive price.
The kitchen is equipped with with basic cooking equipment, dishes, cutlery and a spice rack for your enjoyment. An assortment of teas are available as well as a Keurig brewer with complimentary coffee K-cups.
Enjoy and relax in a comfortable leather love seat and watch cable TV. Sleep on a queen size memory foam pillowtop mattress. A down-filled duvet will make sure you are warm. There is also a coin laundry facility on site. We will provide you with detergent.
You will also be staying in a great central location for whatever you want to do in Calgary: Downtown core - under 5 mins, Calgary Airport - 15 mins, Stampede - 10 mins, Calgary Zoo (new penguins) and Telus Science Centre - 10 mins, University of Calgary - 13 mins, Calaway Park (amusement park) - 24 mins, Banff - 1 hour 30 mins due west via TransCanada (within a block radius).
