Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: I was raised in Tucson, but following college I left for NYC and LA, returning here in 2005 to care for my mother. It was then that I rediscovered my love for the Sonoran Desert and for Tucson. Having studied design at UCLA and having worked in design for many years I thoroughly enjoyed both renovating and furnishing the home in Viewpoint II. I live in the same community and a day does not go by that I am not grateful for having discovered this beautiful spot.
Why the Owner Chose Reflections in the Catalinas: I want you to fall in love with the the Sonoran Desert and the Catalina Mountains and to have a quintessential desert experience.
I chose this home the moment I saw it and take great pleasure in sharing it and its breathtaking views with others.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: The home has spectacular views. It is calming and restful and surrounded by nature. It is a haven and a retreat yet within minutes of shops, restaurants and galleries and only 20 minutes to the University of Arizona, a Tucson jewel not to be missed. It is also only 2.6 miles to Sabino Canyon, a spectacular desert oasis for walking and hiking.
