This very quaint and lovely single-family Cape Cod style home is charming in every way. If you are looking for a beach house that is beyond the ordinary and a place to settle back for some rest and relaxation then you have found your beach haven. Located on Brigantine Island just north of Atlantic City New Jersey, the property is only a stone's throw to the beach.
This newly renovated house is only a half-block from the beach and features a spectacular view of the area from the upper deck. Enjoy the screened-in lower level sun porch, living room, kitchen, family room, convenient laundry room, backyard deck, private backyard, and outside shower. An experience that is bar none to make you forget about the outside world while your relax in that comfortable deck chair enjoying the sun and sound of the surf.
The front door opens to an inviting large screened-in sun porch with patio furniture, bistro table and chairs. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and sitting area, while the family room offers cable TV and a home entertainment system.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the amenities of home; gourmet pots and pans, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, icemaker, and much more. You have a choice of dining in the kitchen, sun porch or on the back deck for a romantic dining experience.
The master bedroom has one queen-sized bed and a trundle bed that extends to a queen-sized bed. The room is equipped with cable TV, dressers and a large walk-in closet. A door opens onto a large upper deck perfect for spending the afternoons reading that favorite book and sipping iced tea.
The second bedroom has two full-sized beds, a dresser and a lovely seating area with large walk-in closet. A delightful place to relax and regain your peace of mind!
The backyard is a great area for barbecues and private sun bathing and offers a deck, gas grill, a large private outdoor tile shower with changing area, a six-foot high privacy fence and well-maintained grounds. Relax and enjoy those wonderful ocean-side days and nights.
There is private off-street parking available for three vehicles, on-street parking for two vehicles, a storage shed for beach chairs, and a covering for bikes and beach equipment. An experience that is bar none to make you forget the outside world while your relax in that comfortable deck chair enjoying the sun and sound of the surf. You owe it to yourself to check out this house for your next vacation. The property can be used for the summer and/or a romantic winter get-away. We are extremely Pet friendly, so please feel free to bring your pet along while on vacation. There is fun for all seasons at this unique and charming location.
Price Guidelines:
Generally this property is rented by the week. The weekly rates are available below for the current season (Spring, Summer, Fall, and/or Winter). Please call for other season pricing not listed. This property can also be rented for shorter romantic get-a-ways if available during the off-peak season (end of September through the end of April). The Weekend Get-a-Way's are from Friday evening at 5:00pm until Sunday at 5:00pm. The rate is $350 plus security deposit. Longer stays of mutiple weeks, by the month, or summer season are also available. The rate for an Extended-Stay is the weekly rate for each of the weeks multiplied by a discount of 0.975. No service fee is applied to a week or more booking. All stays required a refundable security deposit of $500. Please check out our calendar below for availability. Check-In times for the peak summer season are Saturdays at 3:00pm with Check-Out being 10:00am on Saturdays.

My family and I live overseas now and we were looking for the ideal place to have a family and friend get together for the summer. The house was ideal, everything has been pre thought of in detail in this house. The pictures and description don't even do it justice. From the private yard, to the number of movies to watch on a rainy day and every other ammenity thought of for you. If you have a family and want a nice quite place to go this is a MUST stay. Great owner to work with you too.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This place was just perfect. We really enjoyed our time this past summer and planned to be back next year. The beach house is so close to the shore and the owners just thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. I can’t say enough about this beach house. Thanks again.

We have rented a significant number of dog friendly vacation rentals over the years and this is one of the best. Endless choice of DVD's and books to choose from, Super clean home and the fenced yard for the dogs was awesome. This is the place to rent in Brigintine for us!

I recently had an opportunity to spend a couple of days at this property. It is immaculately maintained and well worth the money. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. As an added bonus, Atlantic City is only a couple minutes away.
