  This condo is well-maintained and attractively furnished. It is quite spacious for four. It is located right on the beach in Wailea, with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The building is located in front of the south wing of the Fairmont Kea Lani, where people evidently pay premium prices to see the back side of this condo. The building and grounds are nicely maintained, and the staff are friendly. There is a reasonable amount of parking, but some of the spaces are kind of small for an SUV. If any of your party have mobility restrictions, there are a couple of steps to go up to get from the elevator to the condo. We went during part of the spring break period, and although there were some kids around, there was not any problem with excessive noise or activity.

  Had a wonderful 22 night stay at this well furnished and prime location condo. The owners were easy to deal with and though we have stayed at Polo Beach before this unit was as good as it gets. Besides all the normal tour things to do: Whale watching,snorkling, Road to Hana, Haleakala,Lahania, Laua(feast of lele) it was always great to relax at the unit or cook out at the bar b q on the grounds. The beach and pool are always well kept and the weather on this side of the island can't be beat! 5 star restaurants all around and golf courses everywhere within 5-10 minutes.If you looking to relax and just hang out with super views this condo has all of that and more. I have been coming to Maui sinc 1986 and this was by far best way to truly enjoy Maui. Tried all the other islands but Wailea area and Polo Beach is the finest experience we have ever had! Can't wait to get back to "The Island" and shorten another Michigan winter

  This was a fantastic vacation rental property! The location was fantastic and the condo was so well equipped with everything we could have needed and more. We could not have had a better vacation! The beach was by far one of the nicest on Maui! Thank you Sammi & Jason!

  We have been to other Polo Beach Club units and this one was the best. The owners clearly show an interest in making sure that their guests have a relaxing Hawaiian experience by providing a very clean, comfortable and well supplied villa. Even little extras like soap, shampoo, spices, laundry detergent, coffee and coffee filters were provided. Arriving in Maui after an exhausting day of travel, it was nice to only need a few groceries from the store. The grounds and pool area of the building are meticulously maintained as is the underground parking garage. The proximity to the beautiful crescent shaped beach is amazing and it was never crowded. The snorkeling at the rocky area at the end of the beach was pretty good, but make sure you do it early as the waves start to kick in before the afternoon. The herb garden and excellent grills are an added bonus and provide for delicious meals. Overall our family of four loved our stay and will be back.

  My husband and myself along with my sister and her husband just got back from Maui and had a fabulous time. Our stay at Jason and Sammie's condo was great, very well equipped, quiet and comfortable, I would highly reccomend.

  This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo unit was very clean, spacious, well-equipped--it lived up to its description and photos. The building is quiet, private and 15 steps from a fantastic sandy beach. The water is smooth and clear: no seaweed or debris. No need for surf shoes. Ocean in front of condo is perfect for body-surfing and snorkelling. We saw sea turtles when we were on paddle boards 50 feet from shore, and numerous whales in the distance. The condo is situated in an exclusive area of Wailea--the best we saw on the 40-minute drive from the Maui Hahlului airport. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely go again.

  Location was perfect for my needs. I had a meeting at the Fairmont and walked there in 5 minutes. The beach was only a few steps away.

  We just returned from a visit to the islands. The highlight was this home base which enjoys one of the premier settings in all of Maui--right on its own beach. The condo leaves nothing to be desired. The owners have meticulously and thoroughly furnished the unit in everyway. We were two adult couples who enjoyed the floor plan and the respect for privacy for both couples. The views are awesome from the living room and lanai. We will certainly look forward to another opportunity to return to this fabulous location and this slice of paradise.

  My husband and i cant say enough about this location and this condo. The beach is perfect...next to the fairmont but doesnt get inundated with guests from the faimont because they have their own beach umbrella, chair, section seperated from the polo beach. Good snorkeling just beyond the rocks to the left (as facing the water), even better to the right of the fairmont. You can easily walk the beach and enter not far from the area or swim over there as many people were doing. The condo is perfect for a couple or a family. It has everything you need and if you have even the smallest problem, Sammi and Jason will make things right ASAP. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans, etc you could need. We've been to Hawaii a number of times and this is, by far, our favorite trip. The view is exactly as advertised - just beautiful. The breezes allow you to sleep listening to the ocean every night.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This is a beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-appointed villa! It was incredibly clean, and the photos really don't do it justice. It didn't feel like a "rental" property, rather it felt as though we were guests in someone's lovely home. Every convenience was there from beach chairs & towels to a wonderful kitchen that I could actually cook in! We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai (what a sunset!). Polo Beach Club is a fantastic beachfront resort (and is truly beachfront!) and is incredibly well maintained. We took advantage of the outdoor grills, the herb garden, and, of course, the pool and hot tub. We have stayed at the Polo Beach Club previously, but this unit is, by far, our favorite!! We hope to be able to return next year. Thank you so much, Sammi, for sharing your wonderful home with us!
