  My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything in the condo was in great condition and comfortable. The beds are very soft and inviting. The entertainment equip is all new and nice. The view was tremendous and the access to the beach was easy easy. My family loved it. Owners are very easy to work with and very responsive and available.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Beautiful condo right on the beach. Owner very kind and easy to work with. Love the decor and furnishings. Have stayed here twice, hopefully will get to return soon. Can't think of staying anywhere else!

  The condo was very nice and exactly like the description. The view was awesome. The building was very nice. The communication with the owner was very good. Highly recommend!!!!!!

  The listing description and pictures are 100% accurate. The condo was exceptionally clean and the accomodations/decor made you feel right at home. The owners thought of everything - nice comfortable beds, leather living room and dining room, all types of fun techy toys & wifi, well supplied kitchen and one of my favorites...chairs, table and chaises on the balcony. We sat or lounged out there every morning & watched the dolphins and/or read. Plus, every evening we watched the Olympics while relaxing on the balcony, as the flat screen TV can be viewed from the east side of the balcony. I highly recommend this unit!! The owner is very organized - left notes about the unit's ammenities & such. This was our 14th year at Gulf Shores, and by far this was the nicest unit where we have stayed. The complex has 3 elevators, and at no time did we wait for more than probly 30 secs for an elevator. It's conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The Gulf Island Grill, Hangout, Sea & Suds are all within walking distance and I would suggest all. We also enjoyed Desotos's restaurant, and almost a nightly treat at Scoops. If you are looking at San Carlos - then you MUST consider this unit!

  We had such a great time at Gulf Shores thanks to this wonderful condo! It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we couldn't have asked for a better location! The elevator was super fast, the view from our balcony was stunning, and the ramp to the beach was so easy to access. My two children loved playing in the waves and then being able to shower off & swim in the pool to finish their day. My husband and I loved that everything was so close that we could walk to dinner, shops, or the pier. The pictures were a very accurate representation of this beautiful unit and we appreciated all the wonderful amenities. The owner was great helping us get through a beginning bump in our trip and the rest of the week was smooth sailing thanks to his prompt help. We definitely recommend the Gulf Island Grill if you want to walk, the Original Oyster House, and Bella Luna for pizza & great beer!

  The owners made sure our trip would be a good one. They were so accomodating in helping us to finalize the plans for our trip down to their wonderful Gulf Shores Getaway. The condo itself was just great as was the fabulous view from the 9th floor balcony. We had a wonderful time and a much needed vacation getaway at their beautiful place. Thanks so much!

  I would like to thank the owner of this unit for his help in making this vacation a memorable one. My husband , 23year old son and myself had a wonderful time. We love the area. This is the 8th time we have gone to Gulf Shores. We have stayed all along the coast. Especially enjoyed this unit as it was close to restaurants. We love the sea and Suds for lunch. Very casual. Ice cream just steps away. The elevators at the condo where great. There are three of them and very quick. The place as a whole was well mantained and clean. Security guard always on duty and very helpful. The Unit was beautiful and well taken care of. Had several extras. Loved the Ninja blender. Beds very comfortable. Every thing you could want. The owner is very helpful. I had several questions before we went down and he was very quick to respond. Not sure how many more times our son will want to vacation with his parents. But we had this one and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks

  We had a amazing time at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and included everything that we needed for comfort during our stay. The walk to the beach and pool was very quicky and easy. We have three small children, so the zero entry pool was great for them. The balcony was our favorite place and we spent quite a bit of time outside. It was extremely spacious with plenty of seating. This condo was beautiful and I would recommend to friends and family.

  Location was great. However, the unit was not clean when we arrived and the cleaning crew was still there so we left and came back an hour later. The place was still full of sand so it was hard to walk around without shoes. That wasn't the biggest issue... RENTER BEWARE - you probably won't get your security deposit back from this owner. We didn't a penny of the security deposit back becuase we forgot to take out the garbage. Seems a bit extreme and the owner woudln't respond to my request to discuss. We will NOT be renting from him ever again.

To keep and maintain our property in the best condition, we must require our guests to comply with departure instructions outlined in the rental agreement.
