  The photos truly dont do this property justice. As you take a turn off the highway and continue to drive down a private dirt road to the oceans edge you can sense that you are in very beautiful part of the world. The house is situated within 50 feet of the Pacific Ocean with access to your own private beach. The 3 bedroom home is very clean and has all the appliances and kitchen utilities you need to make your stay very comfortable. The pool and jaccuzi is absolutely amazing and perfect to just lay around poolside all day. The sun rises in the east over the pool area and the bedrooms face the west to the ocean, so its perfect for sleeping in and keeping cool. The sunsets are second to none and are very enjoyable over a margarita or two from the lower patio off the kitchen or the top deck between the upper 2 bedrooms. Cerritos is 10 mins drive north, Pascedero is 15 and Todos Santos is 20. Johnny the caretaker will help you with whatever you may need to make your stay enjoyable as possible. If you are looking for a quiet oasis away from the chaos of Cabo then this is your destination, perfect for families or couples that want to relax in peace and quiet and take in the real Baja experience. I cant wait to come back and stay here again and again. Tips: Rent a car - suv not necessary, Stock up on groceries in Cabo on your way to the house, For blankets go see Effren at the Blanket Factory the first store on the left before you reach Cerritos, Sunset drinks are a must at the Hacienda Hotel in Cerritos and for a wild night out go see Helen at the Sandbar.

  We spent a week here in November 11. The house was just beautiful. It was extremely hard to find the first night because of road construction and a very inauspicious gate, but once we were there we had a great week. The bedrooms were lovely, ours and one other looked out over the ocean. Great kitchen, great family room, patios for outside meals...The grounds were nicely designed and well cared for by the on-site staff. Sky, who was our rental agent, arranged shopping for us and had great advice about the area. She was friendly and checked in often. Our only wishes were for more reliable internet - common problem in Mexico, but there is no phone in the house so we ended up kind of cut off - and for a slightly warmer pool temp. They recommend against heating it because the propane will cost you, but it gets a little frigid in November. We love the area. Todos Santo is charming and there is great food to be had. We spent lots of time walking along the shore and took the kids boogie boarding at Los Cerritos beach, a bit North of the house. (Car ride!) We would like very much to return to this house and hope to do so next year!

  A perfect week in a great location. The villa is in a lovely spot and is very private. The on site caretaker is very helpful and is fluent in English. The description is accurate and the villa is well maintained and clean.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I have stayed at this delightful property many times. It is extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished to a high standard with stunning views over the ocean. There is a beautiful well stocked walled garden and pool area which enables complete privacy yet has the comfort of a very discreet caretaker service at your disposal if required. I hope to visit this property again and to sample the many attractions of the area including the beach club Cerritos and the nearby village of Todos Santos which has plenty on offer, restaurants, shopping, art galleries etc.

  We have visited this property 5 times now and plan to return next Spring. We are enchanted with it and it's surroundings. The back looks onto the beach. It is so clean, but then few use it, just a couple of dog walkers. The front looks to the hills. A trip is definitely recommended to the many hill villages. There's so much to do in the area especially water sports on nearby Cerritos beach complex. However, if you just want to soak in the atmosphere of this beautifully appointed house with it's well stocked pool garden you can do this as the house quite secluded. We never saw much of the caretaker, but he wasn't too far up the road in his own property if needed. What makes us return each year? Could be the sound of the ocean in front of our bedroom every night.
