  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Boston and the property we stayed in was absolutely lovely. Lots of space for all of us. The appartment was huge! My only criticism is that when we did try and contact Swank properties with a quick question about the wifi connection we were put through to their answering service ( it was the weekend) and no one frim the company rang back. Hope they wouldnt behave like this if you had a significant problem. Also would have liked a kettle! Otherwise great place to stay. Try ice cream from Savin scoop on the way from the station.

Reviewer Comments: Like you guy advertise: " your home away from home" the only way to explain in short our stay in this house is: - Location: central and convenient. - Presentation: comfortable and sufficiently equipped. - Decoration: antique very interesting, new england? - Distribution: From the entrance, past the dining room, library and study-                          bedrooms on the second floor, and quite espasiosos                           conveniently located.   Anyway we all had an experience of comfort and peace during our stay. Thank you very much.

Reviewer Comments: Great accommodation in a beautiful and architecturally interesting house only 5 train stations from downtown Boston was perfect for our family vacation. We bought a 7 day train ticket which allowed us to hop on & off the metro T will. Management/owner graciously accommodated our need to check in earlier. I highly recommend this place for a Boston vacation!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Home, Nice views, poor cancelation policy we almost had to cancel due to weather, but we made it after all. We inquired about cancelation and were dismayed at the no refund policy (only real negative about the property). The property is a gorgeous home with a lot of original wood trim and floors and lots of space. The neiborhood is quiet, but a car is needed, T's are too far for walking, especially with elderly guest and some may have issues with the neighborhood, but we didn't. we felt safe at all times. One bathroom shower was not cleaned properly, but otherwise, entire house was very clean. finally, I would recommend they add more cookware that is suited for the guest allowed in the property. overall, except for the lack of a reasonable cancellation policy, we would definitely rent this property again on another visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and 3 of my friends were in Boston for 2 weeks for work. The house was the best part of our stay. There are 3 bedrooms, plus a nursery, so we each had our own room, and there is TONS of space in the house, so we could stay out of each other's way. The only downside is that you have to walk up a fairly large hill (as evidenced in the title of the property) to get home from the T- stop --this was highly annoying at 11 pm when we were getting home from work.

  Lance was truly great, any questions or concerns I had, he answered with no problems. This home was truly spacious for my whole family and I. The pictures and layout of the home were just as accurate and beautiful. The sky line of Boston was stunning especially at night. I will definitely say that I will rent this home again. Since it's located in a suburb of Boston, it is helpful to have a car and essential to bring a GPS unit, if you don't want to ride the subway everywhere.

Great support from the management for a last minute booking and travel arrangement. Subway is close walking distance and parking/ access to highway is convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property served its purpose for us--a family of 4 (2 teenage daughters). It was comfortable, clean and gave us the "space" that a normal hotel room could not. The location from downtown was okay, and the Red Line T station was less than a 10 minute walk away. The only "negative" was the walk back at night from the T station to the property--it was a bit "sketchy" walking through the surrounding neighborhood in the dark. All-in-all, the experience was good, especially not having to park or pay for parking in downtown Boston!

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an amazing place. Huge and beautiful and nice quiet location but close to the T and buses to get downtown. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is there are only window AC units in some of the upstairs bedrooms, so remainder of house can get hot in the summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Jones hill property was beautiful and very close to the train station making it easy to hop into downtown Boston. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The house would easily accommodate 6 adults and I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, big for the five of us, and in good condition to be and old house remodeled. We had, at first, a problem with the toilet, but was promptly attended by Lance. It is located a bit far from downtown, but who likes to walk around, no problem. Overall the experience was good, and would not hesitate in recommending the place to my aquaintances, here in Colombia. Andrés
