  The owners are very friendly, and are happy to give you a ride to or from the airport, which is only a 5 minute drive away. The condo is in a very central location, close to a beach, and very well-maintained.

  we have had the pleasure of staying at this condo numerous times when we visit Puerto rice. we visit Puerto rice 5 times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else, it really beats spending extra money to hang around other tourist in rooms at a hotel. staying with Lizette & Rafael makes you feel like your at home amongst family, you get a totally different feel than staying in a hotel. your close to the el san Juan hotel and casino where there's great night life for all to enjoy, your also close to Walgreens local banks and ATM machines. you also have your choice of places to eat all within a 5 to 10min walk from the apartment. don’t hesitate to give apartment rental a try, once you experience it, you will say good bye to hotels

  This home rental was worth every penny!!! My wife and I rented the condo for a week and it was amazing. Beautiful view, 5 min walk to the beach, access to many restauraunts,Pool, and a 5 min drive to the airport, The condo was comfy and cozy it had everything we needed. As advertised!!! will do business again. Property manager Lizette was extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs.

  This is my first experience staying at condo in lieu of a hotel room in Puerto Rico. I was able to get to the beach by walking short distance to beach. Getting in and out of the complex was easy and safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean when I arrived. I was able to save a few bucks by preparing some of my meals with the kitchenware available in the studio. Lizette was very hospitable and available when I needed assistance. I will definitely contact Lizette for lodging next time I visit Isla Verde and vehemently recommend other travelers to do the same.

  we have stay at this location a few times and each visit it gets better and better. It's like living at home, your 2 mins away from the beach, there's a nice big pool on the property. You can also use the grill and have your very own pool party if you wanted too. we will be back!

  I RENTED THIS PLACE ON AUG 8 TO AUG 14 ON 2011. IT WAS AWESOME.THE OWNER LISSETTE IS A WONDERFUL LADY.I CALLED HER WHEN I GOT THERE AND IN LESS THAN A MINUTE SHE WAS THERE READY TO TAKE CARE OF US.LISSETTE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON.SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE PLACE WAS AWESOME.IT WAS VERY CONVIENT TO EVERYTHING,THE BEACH ,RESTAURANTS,STORES,BUS STOPS ETC...... I RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A NICE QUIET RELAXING VACATION.DEFINITELY I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN NEXT TIME I GO ON VACATION!!!!!!!!!!

  Me and my fiance rented Lizette's place for 10 days. Great location, about 5 min from airport, 2 blocks from the beach, next to hotels, and restaurants. It's a studio, little small, but it has everything you need. Very clean, no issues with bugs. AC is a little noisy, but it didn't bother me one bit, i need small amount of noise to fall asleep. Rent a car, parking very convenient here, never had a problem finding a space late at night. If you want to take a cab so everyone can drink, walk next door to a hotel, there are tons available in front of Hotel San Juan. For beach days buy a disposal cooler at Walgreen's (1block away) and some beer and walk down to the beach. You can rent beach chairs,umbrellas, jet skies, and purchase food down at the beach. Overall great trip, and awesome place to stay! Lizette is very responsive, helpful... no hidden fees, or scams.. will definitely do business with you again! A hotel in this area costs > $190, this place is a steal! Thank you Lizette! ..,

  My hubby and I stayed at this condo back in June for a friend's wedding at the Ritz Carlton. We stayed for 9 days and had a wonderful time! Lizette and family treated us like family and was super accomodating. The room was clean and the building is secured. There is a grocery store in walking distance and the beach is less than 5 minutes away. Be sure to let Lizette know in advance that you need Wi-Fi and she will make arrangements at a GREAT price for you. We actually forgot to tell her in advance and she still was able to get the internet access for us. We would definitely stay here again! Lizette - Just in case you read this, just wanted to let you know that we surprisingly conceived during that trip, so we're expecting our little girl next March. I guess it was all that rain! :-)

  I'm a bit late with my review...better late than never, right? Lizette was awesome! She was there every step of the way to provide relative information about the area's food, tourist attractions, beaches, etc. The unit was clean with everything you need to feel at home. There is a grocery store not too far away. This is a good way to save a bit on your food bill by preparing some meals in your room. There is a small table in the room to dine. Property is close to the beach, a short walk away. There are alot of interested and fun things to do on the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo for someone looking for a nice place to stay with people like Lizette, who is trustworthy. She's very familiar with the area and all the fun stuff there is to do. Can't wait to get back to PR!

  To start off Lizette was a wonderful, pleasant, and reliable person. She was on call when ever i needed her assistance as well as a great tour guide. The room was elegant, clean and a home away from home. This is truely a great and wonderful place to stay in with easy access to all things neccessary. i will strongly recommend this place for not only single tourist but families as well. To you Lizette it was a pleasure and a wonderful experience with a new found friend.
