Beautifully decorated in a beachy decor. Partial wall added to separate living room from the bedroom. Ground floor unit only steps from the pool (heated in the winter) Comfortable and cozy. Aproximately 13 miles of beautiful undeveloped beach next to the complex. We are the last condos on Santa Rosa Blvd. Security gate entrance, 2 pools, tennis courts, hot tub and workout room (all located a few steps from the the unit) Snow birds have plenty to keep them busy with Monday night at the movies, weekly bridge, bingo, and aerobics three times a week. The complex also has a banquet room for your special event. Located only two mile from the conference center and the Gulfarium. Beautifully styled with a Spanish look. Large grounds with plenty on palm trees for your evening walk.

My husband stayed at this condo Aug. 18-21. I could not have asked for better. Cozy, comfortable and quiet! Just what we wanted after staying in PCB for so many years. The security guard at the gate was very helpful. As was our next door neighbor. The studio condo was just the right size for the 2 of us. We just loved the fact that no development was next to the condos.....so quiet and serene. Thank you Patricia for a wonderful stay. By the way.....I just LOVE the cookie jar! Shaped like a dolphin and when you raised its head to open, the dolphin would laugh! lol I want one of my own! Plenty of linens and towels and beach gear to use also. Kitchen was nicely stock with appliances. This was one of the best vacations I've had in years. Thanks again Patricia....we WILL be back!! Cindy and Dave Jones Lilburn, GA

Wonderful Condo!! The heated pool is right out the door and the beach is a short walk. The condo has everything you could need and is wonderful! It just doesn't get better than this!
