It is located in Las Conchas, a premier residential community with controlled access (24 hour-Guards) and the most beautiful beaches – peaceful, quiet, sandy and expansive. Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a cozy Two-Bedroom Beach Bungalow (single level-Home), a Fabulous View of the Ocean, Colorfully Decorated and Serene. The Casita is Second Tier, yet just 50 feet from The Beach with The Beach Walkway Right in Front of The Home.
Relax on the front patio with the sounds of the ocean or down on the beach enjoying the warm Mexican sun. Grill some fresh catch on the large built in Barbeque Grill.
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, Both Bedrooms has New California King Bed’s, both bedrooms have Kiva Fireplaces, for that Romantic Evening. 2 Fold Out Foam (twin) Chairs/Beds for extra guests and two small foam chair/beds for children.
Casita Sleeps 2 to 6 guests only.
The living room/kitchen area opens onto a patio with views of the ocean.
Large open private patio with large built-in BBQ area.
The living room also has a conversation pit with a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own fire logs).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans for everything, a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster.
Pets are Always Welcome, (bring rabies cert. and/or health cert.)
No pet deposits, but the responsibility for clean up inside and out is yours!

My Birthday Stay at La Casita Bonita Del Mar!

Two long time friends wanting to get away to somewhere with a lovely beach, comfortable accommodation & a fun township to visit, spend $$, eat, drink & be merry! And that's just what my birthday weekend turned out to be. Found La Casita easily with the directions from the owners. Booking La Casita was efficiently accomplished on line & we found the home to be just as it was portrayed on line. Comfortable, clean & everything in it we needed. The beach (within 100 feet of La Casita) was amazing! Whether the tide was in or out. September swimming was warm & relaxing, the water crystal clear! Long walks on the beach morning & sunset was great, gathered heaps of shells. Our trip into town--10 minute drive--was fun. Found great stuff to take home & presents for everyone--did the bargaining thing. The local folk were polite & really not too aggresive about buying from 'their' store. Ate a ton of the famous large shrimp--at restaurants (the Lighthouse Resaturant, on top of the hill, overlooking the township of Rocky Point) & bought several pounds to take home to Phoenix. Overall a wonderful weekend, very memorable & so wonderful I am back there again just before Christmas. Would recommend this tidy home to anyone who enjoys the sun, sea & sand!

I have stayed in this casita numerous times since I like to take a yearly trip to Rocky Point. The place is decorated so cute and immediately you feel like your on vacation. Before finding this little gem I have stayed in other rentals in Puerto Penasco, which were sometimes disappointing and definitely not as comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Being just steps to the beach make this place very relaxing to get a way from the busy life style I lead in Los Angeles.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We got back last week from a 4 day run away to this bungalow. We were so happy with our stay. The pictures and description are very accurate. The gated community was reassuring and yet we were just minutes from downtown restaurants and the local shopping market. We are planning to go back next year but we'll be staying for a week this time!! I have already recommend this place to family and friends. Even our dogs enjoyed the kicked back pace!! We felt like we were in a Corona commercial!!
