Beautiful family 4 bed 3 bath home near beach. Home has 1 bedroom with a total of 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)for the kids and one with a queen bed with a shared bathroom, and two master bedrooms with master bath each, one master has 2 queen size beds and futon, the other master has 1 queen bed with desk, chair, and dresser bathroom has a huge jacuzzi bath and also a shower, the other a shower. This house is tastefully furnished and decorated, an infusion of traditional, art, and modern. It has central a/c throughout, and an independent wall a/c in one master, cable 40' TV, WiFi, ADT alarm system, etc... The home is located in a great quiet and safe waterfront neighborhood, the house is 1/2 block from the water, go for a morning walk and view the beautiful million dollar + homes lining the water while waking up to start your day. The home is within 5 minutes to world famous bal harbor shops and beaches, walking distance to gyms, restaurants, shops, bars, 7 minutes to aventura mall, 10 minutes to downtown Miami, museums, near art galleries and antique shops, 3 blocks from 24 hour pharmacy/food store, 20 minutes to Miami or fortlauderdale airports, south beach just a 14 minute drive, public transportation 1 block away.
Just a great house for the family in a fantastic location. BBQ in yard with sitting for several people, flower bushes, palm trees, very peaceful setting, great not only for BBQ but also for breakfast in the morning, enjoy the morning sun as it warms Miami.
Walk just down the street and go window shopping and the antique stores, there are about 40 of them within a half of mile stretch, international restaurant within walking distance, golf just 3 minute drive, 3 casinos within 20 minutes away including the hard rock and others. Actually loved everything about it. The location, the space, how clean and comfortable the house was and my wife's personal favorites, the kitchen and the backyard. Hope to be back next year and meanwhile will definitely recommend this house to our friends. This house was very clean and spacious. Very well appointed. The owner was helpful in every way he could be, and was there to show us the amenities of the house. It is in a great, safe neighborhood and the house had relaxing and beautiful living spaces. WOW! pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this home, the fantastic huge kitchen, huge rooms, stunning yard where I managed to work on my tan when not on the beach, and we also had a couple of BBQ nights. The home has easy access to beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of shops within just a few minutes. If i have to say a word i would say EXELENT. The owner provided an exelent service. The house is very clean, spacious, comfortable, good furniture, big rooms. About the owner: My family moved to Miami in 1968 and this is where i call home, i did travel the globe and the u.S. Loads after highschool, somehow i did a complete circle and ended up in Miami after all. I graduated from Miami senior high, started to attend college for a while there, however, i had never been out of the us so i decided to venture out and ended up taking a job with a hotel in the cayman islands, and what a great move that was. From the cayman islands i then thought that i might want to do some college after all, since i was already living there for 3 years, so i moved to London, in the united kingdom for the better part of 2 years, whilst living in London my roommate (flatmate) there was from Sevilla Spain, so when my studies were finished i headed to Sevilla and ended up staying 8 months, i only left because the money i had saved was nearing the end, so i packed my bags and headed back to grand cayman to make some more. After a year in cayman i met a wonderful girl from the UK that was moving to fiji for her job with a non-profit organization, you guessed right, i packed my bags and 'bula vinaca fiji' for the next year i jumped around Fiji and Australia with and without my girlfriend until it was time for me to go earn some more travel funds. After a call from a friend in p.A. Canada i was off to Canada to help my friend with his farm, although the pay was very good i still wish i would have gone back to g. Cayman, it was back breaking work, loads harder than bartending for sure. To make a long story short in 1997 i ended up in San Francisco California for about 9 years, there is where i got into real estate so when the market was at its best i sold my investments and decided to move to costa rica with my new girlfriend, we first stopped in Miami and bought this home that i am now renting, my daughter was conceived there and born in Costa Rica, now we're back living in another house and sharing this wonderful place with travelers from around the world.

There are several things why I fell in love with this home, but the two that stand out the most were; the peaceful and friendly neighborhood and the beautiful kitchen, of course that I updated it to a more useful and modern space, it is gigantic. Among other things the easy access to the beach and conviniences was a major factor in making my decision. I am of the opinion that most of my guest will, in fact, continue to be my guest when they next visit Miami.
