The house is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for an attractive, comfortable, well maintained, conveniently located, ocean front property in Vero Beach.It is very spacious and exceptionally well laid out with a special eye towards creating tons on bedroom privacy ( all have en suite baths) while at the same time providing a nice variety of user friendly, comfy, beautifully furnished and well equipped common areas. Also, featured is a lovely landscaped lot and appealing pool/patio area with direct private beach access. Included is a "guest house" that's a one bedroom mini-version of the main house. Located in a quiet gated community, the neighborhood is the best of both worlds e.g. lots of solitude without isolation. It is less than a mile away from Vero's best shopping and dining areas. The owner has also given much effort to make the house feel friendly though I would suggest a bit more attention to limiting personal effects left behind.
