The vacation summer home is waterfront, located in a quiet residential area on Bell Bay looking out to Lake Huron. It has 3 bedrooms/1 bath accommodating 8 people. This vacation home has heat, large screened porch, deck, cable TV, VCR/DVD, and fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. It also has a fireplace, & a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are not provided.

The lake property has a 40 ft dock, sandy bottom swimming, picnic table, barbecue grill and fire pit. There is a boat launch at the end of the street.

Smoking is allowed, pets are not. The cottages are not handicap accessible.
