This luxury villa is located in the Premier Award Winning and guard-gated community, Emerald Island Resort, in Kissimmee. It is 5 minutes east of Disney, 10 minutes south of Sea World and Universal Studio. Many popular attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and factory outlets are also just a short drive away.
This 3700 SF of fully air-conditioned villa is the largest model in Emerald Island with a wooded backyard and private pool and spa. It is renovated with tasteful paintings and decorations as well as equipped with high end furniture to meet your holiday needs. Brand new LED and LCD TVs in family room, home theater, all bedrooms and game room. Our high quality bedding and linens ensure a comfortable rest at night. All bedrooms provide towels and cable LCD TVs. Free wireless internet access, Free calls to US and Canada, fully functional laundry machine/ dryer, gas grill and dishwasher.
The spacious house is designed with 3 King Suites, 1 Queen suite, 2 Twin sets, 2 bunk twin/twin beds, 1 Queen sofa bed and 6 Full bathrooms. It can comfortably sleep up to 18 people and is ideal for 3 to 4 families’ reunion.
There are over-sized swimming pool, a separate spa all with green belt view, ensuring a peaceful rest at night for your party of any age. There are 2 doors to access the pool area with a dedicated full pool bath. The private pool is heated on demand. The screened-in covered porch is furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs to provide enough sitting for all your party. The covered lanai provides sun shade and breeze during hot summer days. There is also removable child safety pool fence. The game room is furnished with TV, pool, air hockey and foosball tables. The home theater has large screen LED TV, game console and leather sofas with pullout queen bed. For families with little ones, we are also equipped with crib, stroller and high-chair. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible!
Guests have full use of all facilities in prestigious state-of-the-art Club House which has large heated-pools, spa, sauna & Tiki Hut Bar, high speed internet, video arcade, gymnasium, tennis & volleyball courts, children playgrounds, concierge service, nature trails through the resorts natural woodland. Many local adventures, such as horseback riding, helicopter ride, grocery stores, restaurants (TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, etc.) and Formosa Gardens Shopping Mall are within one mile.

I am delighted to say that our renting experience surpassed expectations. The photos of the house did not do it justice at all. The decor was lovely. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The resort grounds were lush and pleasant. And the owners were helpful with every detail - right down to helping ship a lost phone charger back to us. They promptly refunded our deposit and were nothing short of pleasant to deal with...What more could you ask for? Thanks for a great renting experience. Truly a magical place. Everything so clean and well-mainatained. Photos don't really show you how large the home is. 14 people slept at home all had plenty of space and great rooms. Cooked Christmas Eve dinner for 21. The kitchen was large with wonderful amenities. Extra refrigerator was great. 5 minute from Disneys, all shopping, food store and resturants within minutes. We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home for a one week of disney vacation. This home was beautiful and perfectly appointed. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and linens are top notch! Kitchen was well supplied and allowed easy and comfortable food preparation. Kris was an exemplary hostess and was immediately available for any questions.We can't say good enough about her. The pool and game room provided excellent relaxation after long days in the parks. We all loved it and I would highly recommend this property. We hope to return in the future.
