This spacious (1678 sq. ft.) three bedroom vacation rental is located at the exclusive Pinestone at Palmer Ranch gated community. This fully-furnished chateau-style unit has cathedral ceilings, tiled entry way, and carpeted living areas.

The condo has two floors. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed; french doors and a balcony overlook the living and dining areas below. Attached to the master bedroom is a three-quarter bathroom and large walk-in closet. The main level features features the great room and adjoining kitchen. Off of the main living space is the second bedroom with a full bed and walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. A third bedroom can be used as an office or sitting room and has a full-size pullout sofa bed. Towards the back of the building, a screened lanai is furnished with comfy sofas and overlooks a calm and natural setting.

All standard kitchen appliances (stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) as well as pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware are included. The unit also has a washer and dryer, cable and hi-speed wifi internet, large flat-screen TV, heating/air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

The Pinestone community has lots of friendly neighbors and is immaculately maintained. Community amenities include a heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grilling area, lighted tennis and basketball courts, as well as a clubhouse with a recreation room, gym, pool table, and library.

Covered parking is included and located just outside of the unit.

MY HUSBAND AND I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS CONDO IN PINESTONE. IT WAS BRIGHT, CHEERY, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED. SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING...SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS, THEATRES AND THE BEST BEACH ON THE COAST!!! THE COMMUNITY IS SAFE, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING A VACATION IN BEAUTIFUL SARASOTA.
